We ease our way out of Saturday’s action with a head-to-head at St James’ Park involving two sides who offer limited Fantasy interest.

Newcastle United host Leicester City with Jamie Vardy the top owned asset on show.

The striker has just a goal and an assist from his last five Gameweek but remains part of 16.9% of Fantasy Premier League squads. His ownership increased by 169,000 over the past two Gameweeks with some 83,000 swooping for Vardy ahead of this match.

Harry Maguire is next in line and is included in 8.8% of squads – he will bid to guide the Foxes to their fifth clean sheet of the season, having gained a first shut-out in the last five Gameweeks last time out against Burnley.

As for Newcastle, their most popular Fantasy assets both miss out. Rob Elliot (25%) once again plays understudy to Karl Darlow in goal, while Chancel Mbemba (11.4%) is out of the matchday squad. Jamaal Lascelles (6.1%) is fit and returns among the substitutes.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    I brought in Zeegalar last night for Tuanzabe to have more playing players.

    Made better moves on FPL what a waste of a transfer!

    One player i have been planning to sell is Kolasinac but seen people on here trying to get him. from what i can tell, his main (and pretty much only) source of points is home games against rubbish teams, and he does get some big scores in those games to be fair.

    2 of the 3 home games are vs chelsea and pool and the other 5 of his next 8 are away from home.

    surely makes more sense to sell rather than buy?..

      Got no Arsenal for this reason. Are a team to back at home against crap teams and away from home against the really crap teams. Fixtures don't suggest it is time to go there.

      Who would you rather have if buying at that price? Spurs are leaky, Jones won't survive the fixture pile up I'm pretty sure. Kolasinac has a great amount of attacking threat to go with his cleanies. May have gotten all attacking returns at home so far but I'm sure at some point he'll get away attacking returns. One of the most appealing premium options for sure.

    Who is passing the eye test in an attacking sense for you? My thoughts:

    Chelsea: Hazard (even if slightly off today), Moses
    Liverpool: Salah, Coutinho
    Utd: Martial, Lingard, Young, Pogba (before his ban)
    Arsenal: Sanchez, Lacazette
    City: take your pick, but not Aguero
    Watford: Richarlison, Hughes (before his injury)
    Stoke: Shaqiri
    Spurs: Kane, Davies, Trippier (shame about rotation for latter two)
    Leicester: Gray, Mahrez
    Bournemouth: Surman
    Palace: Zaha

        To be fair, I would keep Zaha upfront, he fits in perfectly with this team in that role.

        Him and Gayle would be a decent pair.

    Tempted to sell Naughton for Kenny and hope one of Mee/Moreno plays.

    Naughton has served me surprisingly well recently, but fixtures aren't good for the rest of the year.

    Well brought Callum Wilson in for Bournemouth's easy four fixtures, and got 2-2-1-1pts off him. I also had him benched a season or two ago when he scored a hatrick.

    I like to think of myself as a reasonable man, and I think most will concur with me when I say to Callum, 'Piss off, and never darken my door again'.
