After a lumbering start to the campaign which saw West Ham mired in the relegation zone after 11 Gameweeks, it appeared only to take a change in defensive personnel and an unlikely Scottish saviour to salvage the club from the brink of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) irrelevance.

Over the last three Gameweeks, the Hammers have now taken an unlikely seven points from a trio of match-ups against Arsenal, Chelsea, and Stoke City. More impressively still, their rearguard has remained impenetrable over this span – racking up three successive clean sheets.

Can David Moyes’ men continue this impressive run of form; or is their recent uptick in results merely a mirage?

This week’s Technical Area will be evaluating West Ham’s prospects for the second half of our campaigns, as we run the rule over their top FPL assets for the remainder of the season.

      A probably highest chance of returns however C might be hedging Bets (defenders might lose clean sheets but would soften the blow if it was DCL who had a part).

          Depends on your squad and whether you can handle him out (not sure how long he's out for).

          Generally it isn't advisable to take a hit for a defender being that if they do keep a clean sheet (no bonus), you only break even or 2 points up if Swapping out a non-player.

      He was rested last night so that implies that he was rested for the weekend. However I would be concerned with the return of Pogba, its no coincidence that Lingard has flourished while Pogba's been banned.

      Wouldnt still have Kane in a WC team. Possibly KdB in midfield. Could also get Long as 5th defender, he will get the next 3 games in the busy schedule. Should be ok in terms of only having 4 playing defs after christmas.

            On the surface of it, maybe not a terrible move. But that would eliminate the balance I have between Austin and Depoitre in terms of rotation, as I'm always gonna start that midfield 5. I think Chelsea are good for cleanies and have the fixtures to boot. Cheers for your views though.

    Thinking a third option...to do next to nothing this GW...

    I.e. hold on Kane and Morata.

    This is extremely high risk as it 100% relies on Man City not taking apart Bournmouth...
