Dugout Discussion – Liverpool vs Swansea

A breathless day ends at Anfield, with Fantasy managers doubtless expecting another glut of goals and points as a rampant Liverpool take on bottom club Swansea City.

The scene is set for Mohamed Salah to bookend Harry Kane’s 17-point haul that started proceedings in the early kick-off. The Egyptian has fallen behind the Spurs striker in the Golden Boot race but boasts an incredible 11 goals and three assists from his previous 11 Gameweek outings. Like Kane, he’s backed by 1.1 million captaincies.

Meanwhile, Roberto Firmino picked up over 244,000 new owners ahead of this evening’s clash, having produced double figures in successive matches and three times over his previous five Gameweeks.

Jurgen Klopp’s rotation policy is eased as Firmino starts with Philippe Coutinho in what appears to be a front three for Liverpool. Sadio Mane is again the fall-guy as he drops to the bench. The changes are mainly limited to the defence, as Joel Matip returns from injury to oust Dejan Lovren, while Trent Alexander-Arnold starts at right-back for Joe Gomez. Both drop to the bench.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Look pal, I know it's a late shout and all that but I would really like PEOPLE TO STOP BUYING ARNAUTOVIC! West Ham aren't even playing the next game week and these very naughty children are driving his price up which is frankly putting my transfer plans in some peril.

    Please ensure you take a note of these people's names and bring them nothing but over priced and underperforming players next year. I suggest a Hazard and a Lakaku.

      That McBurnie fella should be sent back to the dressing room to put some proper shin pads on.

      It's all very well for him when he breaks his shin bone through being a nob but some other player may have that on his conscience for a while. You can make an horrendous mess of somebody's leg if you break it there...

        So little time between games is a risk (less effective and might get subbed early) and most Kane holders will cap which minimises your tc
