The Boxing Day action begins with a potential bang, as Spurs take on Southampton at Wembley Stadium, providing Harry Kane with the opportunity to break the hearts of Fantasy managers once again.

Having fired an unscripted hat-trick at Turf Moor in Gameweek 19, Kane can either add to his 15-goal tally today or, perhaps frustrate at Spurs’ temporary home venue once again.

As always, he will be going all out to find the net. He needs just one more goal to break Alan Shearer’s Premier League record for the most in a calendar year and Spurs will surely be geared up to give their striker that opportunity.

Kane returns as the Gameweek’s top captain pick and has been acquired by over 127,000 ahead of kick-off. Those managers will be anticipating an instant dividend from a 12.9 asset who will be benched or sold for his blank in Gameweek 21.

Southampton arrive at Wembley without a clean sheet since Gameweek 9 – a statistic that could pave the way for Spurs’ other attacking assets to shine. With a double Gameweek 22 beckoning, this gives Fantasy managers an opportunity to weigh up further investments with Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min both potential targets.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.
