Gameweek 29 gets off to a potentially inauspicious start at Turf Moor – the venue that has seen the fewest goals in the Premier League this season.
Fantasy managers will have low expectations ahead of Burnley’s meeting with Everton, with clean sheets likely to be the target for most.
But the Clarets are without a shut-out in seven Gameweeks, while for Everton it’s even worse; they’ve failed to earn a clean sheet in eight attempts.
The Toffees arrive looking to end their dismal form on the road and while Sam Allardyce has been talking up the need to prioritise defence, he appears to have opted for a very attacking line-up.
Having praised Oumar Niasse in recent weeks, he drops the Senegalese to the bench and instead deploys what looks to be a front two of Cenk Tosun and Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Wayne Rooney also misses out and is on the timber.
Seamus Coleman returns for the visitors, though fellow full-back Leighton Baines makes his comeback from the bench following a calf injury.
James Tarkowski’s return looks to have restored a first choice back four for Sean Dyche’s side. When they’ve kept their ten clean sheets this season, nine have been achieved with Tarkowski in the starting line-up.
