Auba or mane for captain, feels risky with auba just because of the amount of painful chances he has missed

True, but Liverpool are also a way better attacking side than Arsenal at the moment and they are goalscoring monsters at home.

I haven't heard anything about this from any of the normal sources.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest - Pep is going to rotate everyone, and Sane is the most logical replacement to Mendy. He's not suited to a defensive roll, so it could only happen against a weaker side. TBH would of expected it more against Huddersfield than Wolves though...

Basically, don't trust it but wouldn't be surprised.

From what I've seen, Sane seems to be suggesting he'll play next week against Wolves (Check his Twitter)

I've got all 4. Was going to leave Aub out for the first two games with Arsenal playing against two string teams but thought it would cost me points to get him back in. He needs to start producing now because I've suffered as I would've had Alonso and Firmino instead of Daniels and Aub.

    RMT:

    Hennessy
    Pva - Alonso - Mendy
    Hazard - Mane - Miki - Richarlison
    Auba - Aguero - Ings
    Subs: Hamer, Bissaka, Stephens, Bennett

    PVA instead of Robertson:
Much better fixtures, he is more attacking than Robertson, he is a diff and he costs 5.5 mill.

Aware of Hazard playtime this weekend, but next gameweek he is nailed according to Sarri.

    1. RustyBz
      • 11 Years
      8 years, 3 days ago

you can't compare PvA and Robertson straight up. One is more expensive and significantly better as an asset.

If it helps you get the players you need elsewhere then fair enough but it is the cheaper & worse option

      1. MTPockets
        8 years, 3 days ago

And you shouldn't ignore fixtures for defenders.

If you take away the fixtures, I agree. I dont have Pva for the clean sheets though. I could always upgrade Pva to Robertson, and get Kante instead of Ings.

How nailed are Pedro and Mkhi ? Included in my WC team as of now. Or is it better to have Fraser and Mitrovic (upgrade Kamara) + 1.5m ?

Not neccessary at all and I think it comes down to your personal opinion.

I think he will still be the top FPL scorer and a definite stay in my team, as he looks now.

Mkihi doesn't fit Emery's system says Paul Merson. A warning for those thinking of investing in him,

he's an awesome pundit, just like Gary Neville (who's also a great manager)

Merse also thought Watfords player of season, last year was someone who spent the season abroad, on loan

Using Paul Merson as a source is almost as bad as listening to Jamie Jackson.

      Mkhi.
Keira isn’t a very good (FPL) option.

Didn't get much of a response last time so sorry for re-posting:

    Is Mendy,Mkhi & Ings for Bailly,Lucas & King worth a 4-point hit?

      Yes.
Be aware that you might need a bench at some point.

    De gea
    Robbo, mendy, tomkins (4.0, 4.0)
    Richarl, salah, mane, b.silva (4.5)
    Aguero, zaha, king

Easiest route to miki and alonso over the next 2 weeks? I have 2 free transfers

Next week you could do Mané -> Mkhi and a 4.0 -> Alonso.
Or wait and see whether Bilva remains an option. You can perhaps also save some cash on downgrading King -> Ings/Jiminez

-4 hit but think it’s worth it
    Patricio
    VVD - Mendy - Alonso
    Salah (c) Myki - Richarlison - Mane
    Aguero - Ings- Zaha

    Speroni, Stephens, Peltier, Wan Bissaka

    Thoughts?

Good first XI but your team is in razor thin margins with that bench. Couple of selection curveballs/injuries and you will be playing with 8/9.

Agreed. Should downgrade one of my premium defenders I a 4.5m and spend 0.5/1m on upgrading my bench?

    B)Hamer (vs Car H)

wc team what do you all think??

    ederson, hamer
    alonso, mendy, taa, awb, bennet
    mane, hazard,mki, rich, mendy
    aub,firmino,wilson

Firmino has taken about 2 shots so far this season. Not sure he is worth the outlay. Maybe downgrade and invest elsewhere.

If Mendy in midfield is Nempalys !edy at Leicester, then don't count on him being nailed to play. Silva and Iborra both likely to partner Ndidi for them in any given week.
