Yep. During a recent presser he was backing and protecting him despite the criticism, saying he wasn’t concerned at all. Feel as though he’ll play Salah to give him a confidence boost.
Okay from what I'm hearing. 3 Changes for Liverpool today... Firmino, Shaqiri in the No.10 role and Keita also back. Milner and Wijnaldum well deserved rests as Henderson would captain the side I imagine.
That was my thinking the whole week, but now with Mendy ruled out and Sane sure to start and his great stats when he does start, I'm wondering whether to swap the armband over. Also Cardiff defence is a lot worse than Wolves.
Pretty disappointing that we're not getting the captaincy hot topic this year. Anyone know the reason for this change? I really enjoyed it last season and it really helped me make those tricky captaincy decisions!
