Richarlison (£6.6m) has made an immediate return to the Everton team following his three-match suspension.

The Brazilian international is straight back into the starting XI as the Toffees prepare to face Arsenal.

Cenk Tosun (£7.0m) is the man to drop out to allow Richarlison back into the side on the left flank. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£5.4m) moves back into a central position and keeps his place.

Michael Keane (£4.9m) is another returning Everton man after he sustained a head injury in Gameweek 3.

Hosts Arsenal lined-up with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£10.8m) and Alexandre Lacazette (£9.4m) in attack for the third match in a row.

The Gabonese has been stationed on the left-flank again with Lacazette the centre-forward in a 4-2-3-1 system.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£7.1m) was not in the matchday squad after picking up a knock in the Europa League on Thursday night.

ARSENAL XI (4-2-3-1): Cech; Monreal, Sokratis, Mustafi, Bellerin; Xhaka, Torreira; Aubameyang, Ramsey, Özil; Lacazette.

EVERTON XI (4-3-3): Pickford; Digne, Keane, Zouma, Kenny; Davies, Gueye, Sigurdsson; Walcott, Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison.

What on earth is going on with Mendys injury? Most mysterious comments on a player injury ever. Seems like he could be gone for 3 days or a year.

Frustrating. Does anyone know anything tangible?

      Indeed

      And no

Rumours of being spotted out in a pub at 1 AM night before GW5 game - not in squad -, then weird comments and uncertainty, then one year driving ban and not in squad this weekend

Behaviour problems which Pep dont like?

Yeah I almost got the impression that Pep is annoyed with him -- or with his physique. The way he added "fifth..." after speaking of his injury (meaning it was the fifth time he has had similar issues).

Maybe you are right. Could be something else entirely. going on behind the scenes.

I have a feeling he is being disciplined rather than injured.
If Pep isn't forthcoming with any info tomorrow then he's gone for me.

If it’s behavioural then he could be back anytime though. Annoying situation

The fact Mendy remains absolutely silent abt it all on social media is also weird. If he was injured, he would post sth like ‘be back very soon, stronger than ever’, right?

He doesnt comment because he doesnt know when Pep ‘forgives’ him

Yep, and the old photos in the gym 'getting stronger and fitter'. Odd.

I dont think anyone really knows for sure. Pep will keep the opposition guessing for as long as he can and thats bad news for those who own him. The only positive thing I can take from last weeks comments was that he would access both he and kun on the training session before lyon. We since know that Mendy did not partake in that session and not much more.

May as well hold until friday anyway unless something concrete comes out ruling him out one way or another for definite a period of time.

    What should be my priority?

    Pedro or Walcot to Madison.

Zaha or Deeney to Mitro, could even do the pair to Mitro & Vardy?

    1. Pinturicchio10

Pedro out for Maddison I reckon.

        Pedro for sure!

        Walcott at home to Fulham.

Pedro might not start (or play at all)

Hello Folks. How much did everyone get this week? 75 points for me. Annoyed with myself though for wasting a transfer and bringing in Lingard for Pedro. Could have saved it and "mini Wilcarded".

Got 2 FT - should I do billing to Hojbjerg? Save 0.1 and seems to be among the points. Have Ings already. Thanks!

If you have absolutely nothing else to do or need 0.1 to make another transfer happen, then go for it.
Not worth it otherwise as you will almost never play him.

          A) Zaha
          B) Aguero
          C) Firmino
          D) None

          Thanks guys.

          De Gea (Hamer)
Alonso - Shaw - AWB (Bennett, Mendy)
          Hazard - Mane - B.Silva - Maddison - Walcott
          Aguero - Mitrovic (Ings)

          1 FT

Probably many with almost similar team here and the same dilemma?

          A) Mendy -> Trippier
          B) Save FT
          C) Mendy -> to someone else, who?

Thanks! I mean ABW (not WBA:) off course but it doesn't change anything I guess. The big 3 seems to be best option even though there is LIV CHE on the horizon...

Weird one here, but will Gazzaniga start the next one or two? I need a cheap short term keeper as I will be WC'ing in a couple of weeks and I don't want to play Kepa along with all my other Chelsea and Liverpool players next week, but I'm happy with the rest of my team.

I just like the look of their next couple of fixtures, plus Poch said he was their MOM in the last game and Vorm was ropey before his knock.

            Morning all,

so I kept Pedro and Arnie last week knowing there was good chance neither would play but had already taken hit to sort out Mendy/Mkhi.
Do I get rid of both now or hold waiting on injury updates?

            A) Richarlison / Lacazette (have spare cash for it)
            B) Sane (or another City mid) / Ings (scared of rotation uncertainty)
            C) Dilva / Giroud
            D) any other combination-16.4 mill available

            All help appreciated.
