Eden Hazard (£11.4m) will be the Fantasy Premier League focal point as Chelsea get Gameweek 9 started this lunch-time.

He comes into the Blues’ meeting with Manchester United at Stamford Bridge as the second-most owned asset in FPL, behind only Sergio Aguero (£11.3m) with 51.0% backing.

Fantasy managers will also be hoping for a clean sheet with Marcos Alonso (£7.0m) still in 45.9% of squads.

Investment in Manchester United has waned in recent weeks with their most popular option David De Gea (£5.8m). He remains owned by 18% despite going four Gameweeks without a clean sheet.

Their most fashionable outfield option is Paul Pogba (£8.1) with 13.9% backing. Interestingly, the Frenchman has been tipped by  Joe’s famed Goals Imminent table.

On the injury front, both Antonio Rudiger (£5.9m) and Mateo Kovacic (£5.9m) came through doubts over their fitness while Ross Barkley (£5.7m) was named on the bench.

Luke Shaw (£5.1m) overcame his knock to start for Man United.

CHELSEA XI (4-3-3): Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rudiger, David Luiz, Alonso, Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic, Willian, Hazard, Morata.

MAN UNITED XI (4-3-3): De Gea, Young, Lindelof, Smalling, Shaw, Matic, Pogba, Mata, Rashford, Martial, Lukaku.

I've benched Alonso but it always strikes fear into me when he's halfway inside the opponents penalty area during an open-play attack!

Shame he didn't stay in that spot, that would have been his goal (maybe 🙂 )

Pogba is a very very poor footballer

Ill disciplined from a footballing perspective

Clearly lost his man then jumping up and down like an absolute moron

I disagree. Pogba, like everyone else, has his strengths and weaknesses. The art of management, IMO, is to maximise the strengths and limit the weaknesses. It is Mourinho's fault for putting Pogba in defensive situations and not maximising his strengths.

Mourinho can't control Pogbas concentration, or lack of, on the pitch. It was poor from Pogba. It's basic football to stay with your man defending corners
