The latest international break gives us the opportunity to take stock of the key underlying statistics being posted by teams and players over the first 12 Gameweeks of the season.

In this extra to our usual Scoutcast format, David and Joe sift through a raft of statistics to uncover who have been the most attacking players in terms of both goal threat and creativity.

They also find out who has been over and under performing and delve deep into the team statistics.  Most threatening sides, best defences and those vying for whipping boy status are among issues looked at.

Meanwhile, our Scoutcast duo also find out which defenders are set to produce points at both ends of the pitch and they name the best bonus magnets to consider.

Key talisman, who are integral to their side’s chances of scoring, are also put under the microscope.

Joe and David also reveal how this autumnal stat-attack has affected their future transfer plans.

          Figure I’m waiting on Kane, if he shows signs of hitting the mark and salah really isn’t going to up his game significantly then
          Kun > kane
          Salah > sterling

          What I mean is i wouldn’t go two premium up front since midfielders provide more value

      I have no premium striker at the moment and I will not bring Kane in unless he performs in consecutive games. I brought him in for GW7 and GW8, he did ok in GW7 but disappoints again in GW8 as my only captain failure this year. Two premium strikers are too much when midfielders have great value/

    Mendy injury changed all plans, which one would you go for?

    A) Delph + Richarlison
    B) Digne + Martial
    C) Digne + Richarlison

    Digne seems to rotate well with Doherty (except GW18) as the 3rd defender, if I get Delph he will play week in week out and I will rotate Doherty with Kenedy (kind of rotation between 4-4-2 and 3-5-2)

      I can go Mendy to Digne and Laca to Aguero up top or keep Laca and go Delph

      Tough to call but siding with Digne so far, so your option C

    Lets say Harry scores a brace vs Saints and with Eriksen and Dele back they hit full throtthle in their nice fixtures after GW15... do you think Harry can be better choice than Salah from GW 16-17 for next 6-7 GWs upwards?

    So my Mendy replacement needs to have good fixtures in GW13, 15, 16 and 18 ideally, and can then rotate reasonably well with my existing defence of,

    Alonso, TAA, Yedlin, and Wan Bissaka.

    Two best options for those GWs seem to be,

    Everton - CAR, NEW, WAT, TOT.
    Man United - PAL, ARS, FUL, car

    Digne would be the obvious choice from Everton. With Shaw suspended for the Palace game, the best option at United would probably be Young.

    Only other consideration would be Bennett - HUD, CHE, new, LIV, not the best fixtures, but not terrible, and would give me the funds to upgrade Mane to Salah.

    why are people doubting kane?
    the guy has been winning the premier league golden boot every season except last year but it was due to salah s extraordinary campaign

          Sterling has had just as long as a world cup and has faced the "top 6" four times this season vs Kane who has faced the "top 6" three times this season so far.

    Is laporte worth the transfer?! minimal goal threat, has a phobia of gaining bonus points and City have 3 away games in next 4 and MAY and I mean MAY miss 1 game through rotation. Is it mad to look to Doherty or Digne for Mendy as they might get more points and obviously cheaper?!

    Haven’t owned a Wolves defender all year. Given that I have Ederson in goal, is a healthy Doherty (and if not, Jonny/Boly/Bennet) the right move for me?

    The only others I like are Luiz, Digne, Laporte/Stones.

    Not seeing a lot of love for Davies or Coleman as Mendy replacements. Are people put off by their recent injuries? Davies looks like a good option to me? Coleman is perhaps a nostalgia pick as his injury woes have been rather long.

    can i ask why salah rises back to 13 mil while ownership is lower then when he dropped to 12,9-12,8 ?
    it doesnt make any sense unless the owners of the site just randomly make stuff up / manipulate to their likings ?

    So currently with Vardy, H-Odoi, Diagana, Doherty and Mendy in the team... got 1FT and 1 mil itb. So may get Laporte or TAA in for Mendy and keep other 2 for this week as Vardy has a decent fixture. Hopefully Doherty also plays

    Hi guys for defence currently on DRATS which feels appropriate as Tripper is injured. However in GW 16 I want to bring In Bellerin and go for a supportive BRA. Does this look like a good move GW16?
