Leicester City’s key Fantasy assets have all kept their places for the first game after Claude Puel’s reign came to a close.

Brendan Rodgers’ arrival at the King Power Stadium was confirmed around the same time as the team news was released.

He will see Jamie Vardy (£8.8m), Harvey Barnes (£5.5m), James Maddison (£6.6m), Demarai Gray (£5.4m) and Ricardo Pereira (£5.4m) all in the starting line-up.

There was also a return to the side for Ben Chilwell (£5.0m) after he missed Gameweek 27.

There will also be plenty of interest in the Wolves side as they head to Huddersfield.

Nuno Espirito Santo has named the usual suspects in his starting XI, with Raúl Jiménez (£6.8m), Matt Doherty (£5.4m) and Diogo Jota (£6.1m) all involved from the beginning.

It will be interesting to see how they get on against a Terriers side that has run eight chances after Saturday’s defeat to Newcastle.

Everton are now back in FPL action for the first time since Gameweek 26, and they have done so with minimal changes.

Richarlison (£6.6m), Gylfi Sigurdsson (£7.2m) and Lucas Digne (£5.3m) are all on the team-sheet to face Cardiff, who have also made the usual number of changes to their attacking line-up.

There will be plenty of interest in the 8pm televised kick-off between Newcastle and Burnley.

That game features two popular budget strikers in Salomón Rondón (£5.9m) and Ashley Barnes (£5.7m).

Miguel Almirón (£6.0m), unfortunate to blank on his full home debut, is also in the starting line-up for the Magpies.

Kenneth Zohoré (£4.6m) starts up front, with Junior Hoilett (£5.0m), Bobby Reid (£5.2m) and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (£4.8m) behind him.

Cardiff XI: Etheridge; Bennett, Bamba, Morrison, Ecuele Manga; Gunnarsson, Bacuna; Hoilett, Reid, Mendez-Laing; Zohoré.

Everton XI: Pickford; Digne, Jagielka, Keane, Coleman; Gueye, Schneiderlin; Richarlison, Sigurdsson, Walcott; Calvert-Lewin.

Huddersfield XI: Lössl; Stankovic, Schindler, Kongolo; Duhaney, Hogg, Billing, Durm; Pritchard; Mounie, Grant.

Wolves XI: Rui Patrício; Bennett, Coady, Boly; Doherty, Dendoncker, Rúben Neves, João Moutinho, Jonny; Jiménez, Diogo Jota

Leicester XI: Schmeichel; Ricardo Pereira, Evans, Maguire, Chilwell; Tielemans, Ndidi, Maddison; Gray, Vardy, Barnes.

Brighton XI: Ryan; Montoya, Duffy, Dunk, Bong; Groß, Stephens, Pröpper; Knockaert, Murray, March.

Newcastle XI: Dubravka; Lejeune, Lascelles, Schär; Ritchie, Longstaff, Hayden, Manquillo; Perez, Almirón; Rondón.

Burnley XI: Heaton; Taylor, Mee, Tarkowski, Bardsley; McNeil, Hendrick, Cork, Gudmundsson; Wood, Barnes.

Heard Harvey Barnes was very good tonight, can anyone confirm? Leaves me a benching headache for the weekend. Him or Laca against Spurs.

It's all about converting the chances that come his way, but he represents good value, bit like Fraser at the start of the season.

          Barnes is no Mahrez. 😉

Maybe it's better to sell Laca if you're thinking about benching a 9.5m Arsenal striker.

          Lascelles is the obvious one

Schar risky due to suspension risk, but could make it to 31 at least

Depends how much money you have tied up in AWB and if you'd want him back in 32 for Huddersfield and presumed DGW but that looks the obvious one to get a 31 defender - I'm eying up Clyne.

      Hi,
Any suggestions on what to tweak here? Getting pretty tired of Wolves, unsure about keeping Rashford/Son either.

      2 FT, 8.3 ITB

      Fab, Button
      Doherty, Digne, Robbo, Pereira, Schindler
      Son, Mane, Pogbo, Moutinho, Hojbjerg

Felipe Anderson - Son - Salah - Pogba
      Rondón - Jiménez - Aubameyang
      (Hamer - Puncheon - Wan-B - Balbuena)

Any suggestions here? One free transfer and £3.4 itb.

Best midfielders and attackers for GW31 and 33?

      Excluding Liverpool.

Madisson and Barnes I would say, unless Wilson will be back from injury by that time.

Left Chelsea out for the time being because of their internal issues with manager etc. But yes Hazard is a good option. I have not seen much of Higuain to be so confident about except when he scored against such an easy side.

Today Siggy impressed, but he can be either an explosive player once in a while or blanks most of the time.
