The 2018/19 season comes to a conclusion this Sunday, with all 20 Premier League clubs kicking off simultaneously at 15:00 BST.

Gameweek 38 represents the final chance to claw back a mini-league deficit or improve an overall rank for those Fantasy managers who are struggling.

For the front-runners amongst us, there may be more ‘defensive’ strategies employed as impressive ranks and mini-league leads are consolidated.

Ahead of this weekend’s later-than-usual deadline, we take a look at the data available to subscribers in our Members’ area and present the eye-catching statistics that could influence Fantasy managers’ decisions and transfers whatever the approach.

We’ve run down the stand-out stats in every position, as well as looking at the strengths and weaknesses of various teams to assess which Fantasy Premier League assets could have a profitable Gameweek 38.

Anyone heard if Salah and Bobby will play this weekend?

Klopp said Salah was interested in playing against Barca midweek but concussion rule kept him out.
      So he's G2G imo.
      Re Bobby, no idea.

Only Salah may play from what I've read.
      Wait for Klopp's press conference.

Last time an English club played in the Super Cup they got a DGW in the first half of season (Chelsea).

Now there are two English teams guaranteed to be in the SC, do you think we can expect two teams (plus their opponents) to get an early DGW next season?

Good point, hadn't thought of this (wasn't playing FPL back then).
      Interesting..
GW1 is set to be on Saturday August 10th.
Super cup on Wednesday August 14th.

Hmm, well it's in Istanbul. Not a massive long trip. One to keep an eye on though for better or for worse!

It's on a Wednesday 14th and the league will have started the weekend before, so there wouldn't be any midweeks game to miss.

      No DGW imo

Also will Haz and Erik start this gw?
    Really cant see it
Not about rest, its about not risking them

Well when it comes to Eriksen its about rest too

      1. Party time
        7 years, 2 months ago

Pochettino does not understand the wird "rest" especially when the team lost 2 PL matches in a row + final PL match at home. He will start a strong xi.

Hazard will likeky be in the bench even if he starts, 120 minutes midweek is no joke

Yeah but its about accumulated fatigue for Erik
He really looked tired last few games

          1. Party time
            7 years, 2 months ago

I insist Pochettino will start his star players. He does not care about fatigue as long as the players trained well enough. They haven't won their last 2 PL matches + the game is on Sunday anyway. They played on Tuesday, that is enough time for recovery.

Worried about Haz as an owner and only being able to have a bench of two without hits..

      1. Party time
        7 years, 2 months ago

I sold him already, he surely won't play 90 minutes, Sarri might not start him also, then he will analyse the reason why with regards to minutes played in his pre match interview. "120 minutes midweek bla bla bla".

Even if he does start, the Leicester game won't be that easy & I don't need a player who played 120 minutes on thursday in my team, this is the final gameweek.

What are people doing with wolves attackers (jota and jimmy)? I’m looking at Son to Redmond and wondering if replacing jimmy for a hit is worth it?

When happened before that one who was prime in international cup could bring his form back to PL next week?

            1. Party time
              7 years, 2 months ago

He scored 3 goals in the PL recently. Everton will most likely lose their cleansheet record against Spurs. I'm backing Moura to do the damage. He is a wizard
