Joe is joined by David and Karam for the latest episode of the Scoutcast tonight.

This episode overlaps with the return of European football to our screens.

Liverpool and Chelsea take on Napoli and Valencia respectively as the Champions League group stages get underway on Tuesday night.

                I struggle with this argument. Demel might require a -8 to get 3 players he wants, but the wildcard allows two or three other desirable changes.

                Why muddle along with a non-optimal team waiting for it to break before making your changes. Sounds like the route to a top 20k rather than a top 2k finish.

          I don't think you need to play it. You are not shifting around any of your big guns. Just do it hit by hit.

          It’s so similar to current set up. Lose Robbo and Zinc and you’re there pretty much.

          I’d want WC to attack with new set up or if team was broken. Neither applies.

          Yeah, might only need a -4 to get something very similar.

          I used the wildcard to get the likes of Cantwell and Lundstram in nice and early, but I don't know how much movement there is on periphery players. That said, Greenwood and Wickham are the problem as you can't easily jump on Abraham and Wilson. Might be worth it.

            Thanks. I will have a good think. I like the idea of getting a step ahead. I am not completely giving up on the Liverpool defensive double up but it does feel a lot more balanced.

      I think he costs a bit too much given alternatives around his price point.

      He is the cog that makes the Burnley attack (Barnes & Wood, more notably Barnes) work.

      I feel he'll often come up short. Very nifty player nonetheless.

    Salah, Sterling, KDB, (Mount now injured) to whom? This is the most regular midfield template.

    Well my only decision to make this weekend was start Mount or Cantwell, now it seems it may have been made for me!! Hope Mount is okay for the following gameweek it’s was a shocking challenge on him!!

    What are your thoughts on this wildcard team?

    i tried to keep double city because of fixtures but also wanted Son. Only regret is not having Aubameyang. Also im punting on Aurier and if he doesn't play i atleast have some back up.

    Haaland with a first half hatty. I had this guy in Eliterserien Fantasy last season. Molde selling him for only 4.7mil is not good business. His value is to sky rocket now. He's scored like 2 goals every game on average for RB :O wowzers

    His THIRD hat-trick for them in like 10 games.
