Kelly starts again as Gameweek 15 gets underway

The first midweek Gameweek of the season is underway as Crystal Palace host Bournemouth.

Their match kicks off at the unorthodox time of 19:30 GMT as Amazon Prime broadcast the Premier League for the first time.

It means that their team sheet has dropped 45 minutes before Burnley and Manchester City’s as they kick off at 20:15 GMT at Turf Moor.

The key piece of Fantasy news so far is that Martin Kelly (£4.1m) has started for the second Crystal Palace match in a row after an injury to Joel Ward (£4.5m).

That suggests that the defender will hold down the right-back berth for the upcoming run of positive fixtures in the place of Ward – good news indeed.

The only change made to Roy Hodgson’s side following their 2-0 win at Burnley sees Mamadou Sakho (£5.0m) come in for Scott Dann (£4.3m), which may also boost the Eagles’ clean sheet potential.

Meanwhile, Dominic Solanke (£5.3m) starts up-front for Bournemouth, alongside Callum Wilson (£7.6m).

Harry Wilson (£6.0m) and Arnaut Danjuma (£5.8m) have been selected on the flanks of a 4-4-2, consigning Ryan Fraser (£6.9m) to the bench.

At Turf Moor, Bernardo Silva (£7.9m) comes in for Riyad Mahrez (£8.3m) in the Manchester City attack.

While Fantasy managers are usually left somewhat perplexed by Pep Guardiola’s tactical decisions, it’s Sean Dyche, typically a 4-4-2 no changes man, who has named a pragmatic line-up.

Burnley have fielded a 4-5-1 featuring a midfield trio of Jack Cork (£5.0m), Jeff Hendrick (£5.4m) and Danny Drinkwater (£4.4m) behind centre-forward Chris Wood (£6.2m)

Crystal Palace XI: Guaita; van Aanholt, Sakho, Tomkins, Kelly; Townsend, Kouyate, Milivojevic, McArthur; Zaha, Ayew.

Bournemouth XI: Ramsdale; Rico, Mepham, Aké, A Smith; H Wilson, Lerma, Billing, Danjuma; C Wilson, Solanke.

Burnley XI: Pope; Pieters, Mee, Tarkowski, Bardsley; McNeil, Drinkwater, Hendrick, Cork, Lennon; Wood

Man City XI: Ederson; Angelino, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Walker; de Bruyne, D Silva, Rodrigo; Sterling, Jesus, B Silva.

    Bottomed:
Can’t really decide on KDB, first half he was really good playing as CAM, CF or a winger while in the second one rather as CDM or even in def...ofc Sterling wasted his assist also.
Overall, isn’t his price too high compering to likes of Son or Dele? Goals will probably come from long shoots which won’t happen every week and with assists it can be like today?

Don't overthink it. He's the just scored 2 in 2 in the previous games.

      Set and forget.

      I’m keeping for sure.

Looked really threatening today & could easily have scored and assisted.

For what it’s worth I took him out last week and I’m regretting it. Convinced myself the fixtures aren’t great and others will outscore. I may be proved right but it will cost me An extra £0.7 to get him back In again.

Got away with one there. 4 goals and no involvement from sterling or de bruyne.

De bruyne still looks the one to own though.

    Pope
    Taa soy Lund
    Mane kdb son pulisic
    Vardy Abraham jimi

    Button tomori rico dendo

    A) tomori to kelly
    B) tomori to kelly, pope to Guaita (bench kelly most weeks to avoid double up, not sure there’s a better 4.3 defender)

What are the odds of a pulisic price rise and no price drop for Tammy tonight?

I’m planning to do mount=>pulisic but would be priced out of Tammy if i have to pay 0.1 extra for pulisic

Tammy has been due a drop the last few nights and hasn't gone so think something might be going on. Doubt many will be bringing in Pulisic tonight.

Pulisic at 96 to rise and Tammy at 100 to drop I would say both are likely to happen.

Hard to keep a CS when you play with just two defenders....I don’t think Klopp is overly concerned though,

I wouldn't bet on it but against Everton I think it is 50% likely, bookies offer 1.65 odds for Everton to score though. So everybody is expecting the trend to continue.

The way clean sheets have been spread this season, selecting my three playing defenders by the roll of a dice, probably would have been more effective, than most other methods of selection.

Pope has 8 'difficult' games on the standard ticker up to gw30. Ryan has 2.
