  Triple Everton is two too much for me and too much money in defence, you'll be benching a 5 mil + player every game. I'd drop VVD to a cheaper defender, downgrade one of Rich or Martial and upgrade the other to Salah. Then you'd have my team.

  I’ve not owned him all season but Ryan? He has less clean sheets than every other keeper in the top 5 for points yet is in second place for points. Gets plenty of saves with fixtures to boot. I do think Fab with the double is decent also

In order to scrape those last few funds to do Grealish to Manè near the dgw, I have to downgrade Henderson to McCarthy. 24 onwards his fixtures are great though so shouldn’t be too bad right? He looks nailed? Other option is to keep Grealish and do Maddison to Manè but I’d prefer to hold him.

    In therms of value for points I think your correct Amey. With Maddison though the team is just so much better. Leicester can score goals whereas Grealish is literally carrying the team.

Sadio Mane has a history of scoring most of his league goals at home. But is his tendency to do that big enough to warrant FPL managers' attention?

League goals since joining Liverpool 16/17: 56

Home: 40 (71%)
Away: 16 (29%)

Since last season 18/19 : 33

Home: 25 (76%)
Away: 8 (24%)

I realize goals scored home/away is a very simple way of looking at it. But sometimes simple can be beautiful. In fact Sadio has never managed to score more than 4 away goals in a Premier league season(!)

That's surely about to change though - he has already matched that this season (7 home, 4 away). Instead Salah has been the one having troubles on the road scoring only once (9 home, 1 away).

Considering Liverpool play away twice in DGW24 - should we look to another Liverpool player for captaincy? Is Trent the best option? Could Salah be due some away goals? Interested to hear your thoughts!

(when it comes to assists Mane tends to get as many at home as away, but to be honest with him it's mostly about the goals)

      I don’t mind DCL as much. I wasn’t sure how he would fit into Ancelottis plans originally but he has looked decent. A decent cross and he is likely to get on the end of it in some way or another.

        He can get out of favor easily too though. There are options in that range tbh but i prefer Jimenez/Rashford/Tammy as 3rd Striker alongside Vardy Ings (don't know why)

        Can downgrade Salah afterwards if course to spread some funds.
        Something like salah Greenwood >> Jimenez Son would tempt me. Or can get DD of pool after that too.

        Again Maupay I think looks a decent bet. Maupay and DCL are below 6m though in comparison to the other mid price strikers. I definitely do see Wverton scoring more than Brighton between now and seasons end though with Ancelotti in charge.

      I don’t think it is personally. You have a low TV so it’s hard to work with. Your team above is not actually bad. I just wouldn’t be confident in Traore playing every week. That doesn’t mean he won’t do well because he has looked good. In your situation I’d maybe go double defence and upgrade.

  Robertson and TAA have significantly higher attacking threat. They are a key part of Liverpool’s attack while VVD is just a threat in set pieces.
