Fantasy Premier League managers got a first look at Leeds United players in a 4-3 defeat to Liverpool in Gameweek 1 – but are their assets ready for mass FPL ownership?

Marcelo Bielsa’s men certainly entertained the neutrals at Anfield with their bold and free-flowing approach, finding the net three times at the home of the defending champions. Not a bad start to life back in the top flight.

        Funny you say that, iv toyed with that idea, and part off me believes he could be, I'd really like jimenez but it really upsets the balance off my team, plus I reckon with the amount off attacking players Chelsea have, and the decent fixtures it would be mad to go without a Chelsea attacker, tho wolves have a great run also and I thank itl be a matter a time before wer all rushing to get jimenez in, lol I reckon united should sign him, on an unrealeated issue lol

    Question for people bring in DCL.

    Why do you think he (7.1) will outscore Wilson (6.5) going forward

    Based on how both teams set up I see :

    - Richa making lots of backpost runs from Hamez in swingers
    - Richa having lots of shots i.e not very creative for DCL
    - Both Hamez and Richa coming inside from the front 3, i.e no crosses from them for DCL to head
    - DCL main creativity coming from the fullbacks
    - DCL will score but not as people project

    Wilson in the current Newcastle system is the opposite, with everyone built to create for him.

    And he has most likely pens.

    - The team and attacking unit is built to create around him

        They will have to be in the current system i feel. Coleman cannot do this anymore. His attacking numbers are almost zero the past years.

        Hamez may create if he comes more central - but he likes to shoot alot himself, good for fpl, bad for DCL.

    I wouldn't be getting carried away with Leeds players. They could quite easily go out tomorrow and get beat with Bamford back to his old self missing chance after chance.
    I watched them a lot last year and they cannot be trusted.
