Football Index has teamed up with Fantasy Football Scout to offer its users a free tournament this weekend.

All you have to do to enter is have a verified Football Index account (you can sign up here, no deposit required) and then choose your starting 11 on this page. The deadline is 12:30pm GMT on February 20, 2021.

The tournament will be based on the eight Premier League matches across Saturday and Sunday, and you must choose one goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and three forwards.

The user who achieves the highest combined matchday score based on Football Index’s Opta-powered scoring matrix will win £150 (the prize will be split if there are joint winners). The ten Fantasy Football Scout users with the highest matchday scores will all win a cash prize.

Remember to study the Football Index scoring matrix below before submitting your team.

Winners will be announced on or before February 22 and those who have won will be contacted by Football Index.

    Anyone with a lot of doublers considering a free hit? I can get Kane in for Antonio no problem, but that leaves me with 9 doublers and I would quite like Leicester players too.

    I currently have 6 BGW29 players can could easily build to 9/10 with FTs. Just trying to figure which has biggest upside.

      I’d say Coufal, particularly with fixtures but he’s due some scores whereas I feel Dallas has slightly overperformed and especially if he’s going to be rooted to the defence might be less prolific going forward

    GW28 seems to have better fixtures, especially with possible Villa Everton double, but worried that some ManC players might be rotated in 28... seems safer to BB in 27 if ManC players play at least one game

      Head to head I prefer A but presuming it means your 3rd striker will be a 4.5 id rather Watkins, but that’s because I generally see more value in getting a 4.5 mid and because if something happens to Watkins, Antonio and Bamford should be easy swaps whilst there isn’t as much in the Barnes price range
