1 man short of a full 15 squad, help me please:

    A) keep sarabia
    B) go ahead with one gk (Simon)
    C) go ahead with 2 forwards only (Immobile and Kane)

Could Lamptey be the golden oop defender this year if he stays at Brighton and Veltman stays at right back?

I'm going for Dunk as a permanent fixture (barring all calamities).

I really am torn between the 2. Currently on lamptey as if Brighton do well, he should be involved.

I was on Dias & Lamptey until Rafa showed up back on Merseyside. Now I'm back with Dunk, with Digne. I'm listening to my instincts this year, and wanted Dunk from the off. He's staying put, even if I have to bench him here and there.

Maybe I'll swap to dunk later. I felt the same that I wanted him from the start due to his tasty fixtures. Sure we'll be tinkering until the last minute mind!

You’re prob right but can’t see why Lamptey can’t play in midfield or right wing(Brighton can look a bit staid going forward, he might add a bit of spark). Brighton’s defence looked great without Lamptey.

    Gtg?

    Donna - Pickford
    Bonucci - Maehle - Maguire - Stones - Alba*
    Insigne - FTorres - Chiesa - Damsgaard
    Kane - Immobile - Dolberg/Moreno*

Not sure on Alba or Shaw (too much England?)

If Moreno starts then him instead Dolberg.

I had arrived at this by this morning. It goes against some principles (like having all your money on the pitch) but the pricing is such that we can even afford 2 power subs to mitigate Euros impact, rotation and random false positives.
Undecided on whether i want double chelsea defence to begin with based on the fixtures, however they undoubtedly are the kindest priced imo and might just be a case of set and forget (attacking wingbacks in leagues best defence).

      Sanchez // 4
      TAA James Chilwell Cancelo Stones
Salah Bruno Buendia Rafa // 4.5
      Tammy Toney Welbex

Cancelo wasn’t first choice right or left back at end of last season. Maybe Walker rested after euros so may be ok at start of season.

On this at the moment, being an idiot and making early transfers:

    Donnarumma (Pickford)
    Alba Shaw Maguire (Maehle Stones)
    Sterling Insigne Sarabia Berardi (Damsgaard)
    Kane Immobile Morata

Thinking of doing Berardi+Sarabia to either

    A) Chiesa+Pedri (-4)
    B) Olmo+Pedri (-4)

Leaning for A, what do you guys think?

      I wouldn’t do either for a hit.

Keep Berardi in case he comes on for a cameo and does something , sub him off on day 2 if you need.

If Sarabia is injured what about Verratti or Locatelli.
Super differentials. Also can sub right out.

That'll upset 18% of the community! Tbh I've never heard of him and I'm sure I'm not alone. But given Brighton's record, I'd only be interested in Bissy as bench fodder, but not if he doesn't start for Brighton. Of midf/forwards I mean; otherwise it's Seagulls at the back that attract.

I have Sarabia and 1.1 ITB with no FTs remaining.

    Giggi - Pickford
    Stones - Maguire - Shaw - Torres - Maehle
    Insigne - Chiesa - Sterling - Damsgaard - Sarabia*
    Kane - Immobile - Morata

Don't think it warrants a hit here to replace him out. If I'd do it, should it be for Olmo if he's starting?

Hmmm. That’s tough. I think England have a better chance of a clean sheet and Shaw a better chance of a return. So probably worth the downside risk.

5th transfer gets me to 14 players (assuming Sarabia out) ???

    1. Stek > Pickford (as a backup to Donna - may not need/want)

    2. 5th defender. Effectively anyone depending on how I shift my midfield.

I can’t decide which is better.

    1. Rohirrims

    G2g?
This was 1/4 squad. Made 3 transfers for 1/2 which are in parentheses.
    Simon - Pickford
Spinna (Bonucci) , Maehle, Stones, Shaw, Meunier (Maguire)
Sarabia (Barella or Chiesa?), Sterling, Insigne, Torres, Damsgaard
    Kane, Morata, Schick

Have 14 players, 2 forwards, 3 English defensemen.
    3 Italians
    3 Spaniards
    6 English
    2 Danes
1 Czech that wasn't able to transfer for another forward.

So do you not have 2 transfers left then? Could you do Schick & Sarabia > Immobile & Pedri?

Yes, apologies, I have 2 transfers left or I can use 1 more and have an extra 1 roll over to finals.

I'm thinking to put in Barella or Chiesa for Sarabia, and I don't have money for Immobile.

With the squad for 1/4 I was at .4M left in the budget.

If you use your Wildcard or Limitless chip, then no free transfers get carried forward. And once the knockout stage starts, you can’t carry any free transfers forward between matchdays.
