Sundayโ€™s Premier League action kicks off at St. Jamesโ€™ Park as Newcastle United host West Ham United.

Joe Willock (ยฃ6.0m), who enjoyed a fine spell with the Magpies last season, completed his move from Arsenal on Friday afternoon but was not registered before the 12-noon deadline and will therefore have to wait until Gameweek 2 for his first appearance as a permanent signing.

With Martin Dubravka (ยฃ4.5m) injured and Karl Darlow (ยฃ4.5m) still feeling the effects of COVID, youngster Freddie Woodman (ยฃ4.5m) will make his Premier League debut and starts in goal.

At the back, bargain-bin enablerย Javier Manquilloย (ยฃ4.0m), owned by 10.1% of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers, misses out altogether as Steve Bruce opts for a 3-5-2ย formation with Jacob Murphy (ยฃ5.0m) and Matt Ritchie (ยฃ5.0m) taking the wing-back roles.

Influential forwards Callum Wilson (ยฃ7.5m), owned by 7.2%, and Allan Saint-Maximin (ยฃ6.5m) start up top.

As for West Ham United,ย Aaron Cresswellย (ยฃ5.5m),ย Vladimir Coufalย (ยฃ5.0m),ย Tomas Soucekย (ยฃ6.0m) andย Michail Antonioย (ยฃ7.5m), all of whom have double-digit FPL ownerships, feature in David Moyesโ€™ 4-2-3-1 set-up.

Lukaszย Fabianskiย (ยฃ5.0m) starts in goal ahead of new signingย Alphonse Areolaย (ยฃ5.0m), while Angelo Ogbonnaย (ยฃ5.0m)ย recovers from the hamstring injury he picked up in pre-season to partner Craig Dawson (ยฃ5.0m) at centre-half.

Further forward, popular community pick Saรฏd Benrahma (ยฃ6.0m) will operate either as a no. 10 or perhaps wider on the left-flank, with headline act Antonio set to lead the line.

Kick-off at St. Jamesโ€™ Park is at 14.00 BST.

Wingback not considered oop, but he's nice 5.0 option imo. All eyes were on Coufal, he slipped there.

I love what i'm seeing from Newcastle. Not much talk about them this season - but it's a big season for them. They need to capitalise on that late run in the last campaign and use it to push on this year

Already regretting my Antonio pick. I don't usually own him but thought I'd get on the bandwagon this season. Hardly a prolific goalscorer at the best of times and always likely to rack up just as many hamstring injuries as goals.

I reserve the right to change this opinion when he bangs in a few in the second half ๐Ÿ˜‰

He isn't playing badly but I do worry when strikers play in front of greedy players, benrahma Bowen and fornals are all thinking about how they can do something special instead of just assisting their main striker

Remember why you bought him. He's a good goalscorer, with good data, in a good team, with good fixtures. Give him time, no player scores every game.

Nonsense proven to be that - nonsense.

He's an excellent goalscorer when fit.

New and Bruce got a lot of stick last season.
But when they are all fit(asm, wilson, almiron) + murphy,(soon) willock,
they really are a nice watch.
