Last month we brought you news of the long-overdue addition of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) points to our Premium Members Area, as well as a new filter that allows users to block certain kinds of content.

We’ve got some more tweaks and developments to reveal now and it’s all thanks to the ongoing hard work of matzi11a and TopMarx behind the scenes.

Remember, if you’d like to ‘try before you buy’ with this or any other feature of the Premium Members Area, we continue to offer a free trial.

  • Attacking Returns column added to ‘Fantasy Stats’ (for midfielders, forwards, all players and all outfield players)
  • Returns column added for goalkeepers and defenders (returns = goals + assists + clean sheets + penalty saves)
  • Column for ‘Assists’ updated to Opta Assists (this plus Fantasy Assists, which covers things like shot rebounds and penalty awards, gives Total Assists)
  • Non-Penalty Goals and Non-Penalty Goal Involvement added to the ‘Expected’ tab
  • In the ‘Set Pieces’ tab, Crosses From Free Kick and Successful Crosses (Free Kick) are added to ‘Assist Potential’
More new additions to the FFScout Premium Members Area
  • Double-Digit Hauls added to ‘Fantasy Stats’

Keep your eyes peeled for more developments in the coming days and weeks, including:

  • Player ‘Blanks’ will be added to ‘Fantasy Stats’
  • ICT Influence, Creativity, Threat and Index will be added to ‘KPI Attacking’
  • A ‘Minimum Appearances’ Filter will be added to ‘Filter Stats By:’ in Player Stats
  • A revamp of the ‘BPS Plus’ and ‘BPS Minus’ tabs so that managers can clearly see how a player’s BPS score is broken down

FPL points predictions for Gameweek 3 and beyond 3

No point in GW28 WC now. Needed Southampton to go out to get an edge. Too many clubs now with games over the next 3 GWs to make it worthwhile.

Not if your team is rubbish like mine and you need Salah back 🙂

I don't think people were Wildcarding just for the chance of needing Southampton assets in GW30....

Yeah same. I'm wildcarding to maximise the doubles and make up ground in ML.

The value of WC in GW28 was it allowed you to cover GW28 to GW32 with good fixtures and avoid those teams that were blanking if the FA Cup results went the right way (like Spurs, West Ham). Then you could use your FHs in the BGWs / DGWs post GW32.

Effectively you wanted to go heavy on Chelsea, Southampton, Wolves with some Arsenal, Villa, Leeds and Newcastle. With FT you could navigate through great fixtures and lots of DGWs (e.g, bringing in Leicester when required).

Southampton fixtures go down by one and West Ham and Spurs going up by one means all the template teams with Antonio / Bowen, Son / Kane get away with it. They can now navigate GW30 much easier.

A bit easier but they are hardly players in form

Not necessarily - Spurs are hit & miss and got knocked by 'Boro & West Ham have been mis-firing lately & just lost to S'oton - can't see too many loading up on them

Depending on your team, for example mine, there is absolutely still massive value in a WC. Yes, a Soton blank in 30 sours their good fixtures whilst Bowen might be worth a hold (not for me) but there is still a lot of benefit in being able to attack the doubles - just look at everyone taking hits for Chelsea players

Well I already have triple Soton, and my rival triple West Ham.

Plan was to maneuver GW30, down the drain now. Have to WC 29

West Ham still play Liverpool with Villa and Spurs each after their tough games at Sevilla. I wouldn't be so sure that just because they don't blank they're suddenly highly desirable

And of course still means there are 3 Soton and 3 West Ham games between now and GW31. Only difference is with Soton you can shift them after their three games to get some more players in 30

    Ramsdale, Foster
    TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, Dawson, Livra
    Salah, Coutinho, Raph, Saka, Bowen
    Antonio, DCL, Dennis

Those results have made a right mess of my transfer plans! I can’t sell West Ham, Villa, Ars or Leeds players as they play in 30, can’t sell Liverpool players before 29, can’t sell DCL before double in 29, who am I supposed to sell to get Chelsea and Spurs players in?

    WC:

    Sa (Ramsdale)

Rudiger - KWP - Digne (Cancelo, TAA)

Raphina - Salah - Fraser - Ramsey (Saka)

    Kane - Jimi (C) - Broja

Will probably put TAA in ahead of Digne

      Ruidger for sure...

Feels impossible to predict that Chelsea line-up now

Rudiger got 90 minutes. Is that a bad sign?
    No Alonso anywhere
Havertz not involved at all. Does that mean he starts?
The players taken off early were meaningless players FPL wise.

    1. No Kane No Gain
      • 7 Years

Rudiger 90 mins isn’t a bad sign but I guess not the best. Thiago silva starting both seems more likely now.

If havertz isn’t injured then the rest today most likely means he starts.
