Rounding off the day’s Premier League action is Brentford v Manchester United, which gets underway at 17:30 BST.

It’s a game that has relatively little riding on it from a Fantasy Premier League (FPL) perspective: Marcus Rashford is the most-selected player in this fixture with a 10.1% ownership, which about sums it up.

As for the team news, Cristiano Ronaldo is recalled to make his first start of the season in Erik ten Hag’s only change.

Scott McTominay is the player to make way.

Thomas Frank goes to a wing-back system for the visit of the Red Devils, making two changes from the side that drew 2-2 with Leicester City last week.

Mads Roerslev and £4.5m FPL midfielder Josh Dasilva are promoted to the starting XI as Vitaly Janelt and Yoane Wissa drop out.

GAMEWEEK 2 LINE-UPS

Is Stones returning from injury or just behind Ake in the order? Is Ake safe until Laporte returns?

How to get Martinelli in for Neto here? Thinking to maybe downgrade Robbo… 2FT, 0ITB

    Ward/Iversen
    TAA, Robbo, James, Cancelo, Walker
    Salah, Kulu, Neto (Andreas, Lavia)
    Haaland, Jesus (Archer)

I doubt I’ll change it until wc, I would have gone with Ramsdale, happy with the extra mil enabling Kulu

Don't like the idea of losing Robbo. But you could do Neto to Martinelli and fix your GK situation with that.

Arsenal 6 ponts better off already than after 3 games last season. Playing really well too. Jesus is such a upgrade on last season's Auba/Laca

The there's added quality to the first 11 in Saliba, who was impressive again despite his OG and Zhnchenko. Think top4 is real possibility unless we get alot of injuries to key players.

    (Repost from last article)

Early days but who to move Bailey to? Have 2 5itb

    A) Martinelli
    B) Gundogan
    C) Rodrigo
    D) Other

I think B is a bit early for the punt but Gundogan can be very consistent when he starts these runs, striking up a good relationship with Haaland. I have Aaronson so maybe Rodrigo double-up is too much but he's likely on pens now too if Bamford is out for any length of time. I'm not worried it's a false dawn as I think he just didn't suit Bielsa's style and positioning (easy to forget he was a good goalscorer in La Liga when he arrived). Martinelli may be becoming a problem for me with his ownership.

    Neto, Bailey, Andreas deep. Crikey.

Will keep Neto - what are the bets in the hard fixture he scored.

Andreas - came of injured, need him to play next week.

Bailey - won’t start considering Ings and Watkins worked today. Dewsbury-Hall against Saints will be decent, but it’s not really worth a transfer. Sigh.

Might have to play Patterson AND Neco. Welp, especially with Coleman back.

I don't think I've seen such a void in budget midfielders.

There is precisely one outstanding midfielder under 8m and it's Martinelli. The rest all have fairly sizeable question marks over them. Rodrigo with 3 goals in 2 games might be worth a shout but that's about it.

I am actually thinking Bailey to Da Silva and upgrading Neco to a Dunk or someone might be the better play

Not sure on Dasilva, have him myself but there are a good few players there challenging for 2 spots

Da Silva and Andreas as fodders for now and wait until someone emerges probably is the play for now

He will fall in price this week for sure. Mostly engaged managers have him so he will lose a chunk of his % ownership.

I'd sell Saka for Martinelli if you have 2 FTs and can use the 2m well.

Well it's only been two weeks. Still think the likes of Neto, Guedes, Olise, Gross, Rodrigo, Saint-Maximin etc. offer good value or at least have the potential to going forward
