- Leeds robbed of a penalty, if not a freekick. Marsch red card is a joke (makes me laugh how many managers get a red for that but players seemingly say much worse)
- Bamford misses sitter of the year?! Great defending from him
- Awful defending from Brentford for Leeds 2nd
- That flick on from Koch was even better than Bamford's clearance...

- Wow. What a goal for BOU. Shot. Henderwho?
- Solanke shot off the shin and deflected in. Unlucky FOR
- BOU third goal is exactly why Neco & co are 4M defenders

- Richarlison good opportunity off a Son cross
- Son goal disallowed as Kane attempts to play ball in offside position
- Kane beautifully tees up Son, who should do better (hits crossbar)
- Hojberg goal is his second of the season, matching last seasons tally - don't get excited (Richar assist)
- Richar swings beautifully at the air from Royal cross missing big opportunity from 12 yards out
- Kane goal is from a messy bit of defending from Fulham, if wasn't scored could arguably see a penalty given from handball
- Kulu replaces Kane, leaving Richar down the middle and Son on the left, Kulu on the right
- Richar hits post from 16 yards out

- Douglas Luiz with a pass to Watkins that most people would cream over if it was Ozil back in the day or KDB nowadays (literally rolls it between Stones & Dias and under Stones' feet as he runs). Ensuing corner, great delivery which nearly led to AVL goal
- KDB with a gorgeous cross for Haaland to score at the back post (watched this game live, think I read a stat that said something like Haaland is scoring a goal per FIVE touches)
- Rodri easily dispossessed, Ramsey wastes HUGE opportunity with poor touch (would've been Watkins assist)
- Haaland wins FK that KDB smashes off the bar from 21 yards out
- Rodri, Walker & Mahrez all half tracking Ramsey's cross that Bailey smashes home from 14 yards out. Ederson doesn't stand a chance unless he guesses he's gonna shoot there. Poor defending IMO (especially from Rodri & Walker).
- Douglas Luiz with ANOTHER superb pass. Right wing, half-way line, outside of the his LEFT boot, curls it round Cancelo, past Dias, forces Stones over to cover Watkins (leads to next point)
- Watkins takes to long to square pass to Ramsey (good back-tracking by Mahrez), Ramsey would've been left with a free shot from 18 yards otherwise - good of him to get into a position (leads to next point)
- Ball continues to roll to Coutinho. Lino flags, Ref blows up, Coutinho puts the ball in the back of the net. NOW IMPORTANT; YES Coutinho scored, NO he was NOT offside. We all know this. Yes the lino shouldn't have flagged yadayadayada, awful officiating. HOWEVER; once ref blows, Mahrez stops tracking Coutinho (could've easily blocked the shot) and Ederson half-a**e swipes at it as it comes at him, I genuinely don't believe that's scored even if offside wasn't given.
- - PLEASE ALSO NOTE, that whilst we're all giving the lino a hard time for calling that offside, I genuinely believe he's flagging not for when Watkins' pass is played but when the ball rolls under Ramsey/Mahrez, from his POV (Watkins in line of sight) it may have looked like Ramsey has played the ball (at which point Coutinho IS in an offside position - however neither Mahrez nor Ramsey play the ball).

- This is match of the day notes, but pretty sure KDB and Haaland could've had one or two more / come close but that was 12 hours ago now and it's been a busy night!

Wolves 1 v 0 Southampton

- Matheus has the ball on counter attack, it's FIVE v THREE in favour of Wolves. AWFUL pass to Neto (due to poor touch) delays Neto getting close who doesn't even manage a shot on target. Since Jimenez accident Wolves just don't seem to be able to source a goal scorer.
- Good defending from Wolves stops cutback being tapped in from four yards out
- LOVELY cross from right side (Matheus) to Podence @ near far post. AWFUL shot. Lucky goal.(Basically reaching for the ball, kinda traps it between his foot and the floor, pops up and slightly dinks the 'keeper)
- Poor touch from Aribo, lands at JWP feet, plays Aribo back in, who crosses. Che Adams tries his best impersination of Diego*. No goal for cheating.
- Stuart Armstrong crosses from left to Che Adams, climbs well, decent contact with header, hits crossbar.

Everton 0 - 0 Liverpool

- Nunez straight back in, Bobby benched. Tsimi starts, Robbo benched (sign of things to come because of CL, we've already seen some resting of him - coming off early)
- Scrappy defending from Liverpool leads to Davies outside of the boot shot (~10 yards) to rattle the post (would've been Maupay "assist"). Comes from inital cross from Patterson cleared before he wins it off of Carvalho and puts in another cross
- Gomez lovely ball over the top to Nunez who brings down well and strikes it only for Pickford to make a superb save and tip it onto the crossbar, ball stays in play and Diaz comes back inside to shake the woodwork by smashing it against the post (no touches between Nunez shot and Diaz shot - would've been Nunez assist)
- Formation change for Liverpool as Bobby comes on for Carvalho (4-2-3-1 now instead of 4-3-3 - half time change)
- Nunez shot in box blocked by Patterson
- Elliot and Tsimikas passing from one side of Everton's box to the other to each other, (nobody gets on the end of Elliots pass, Tsimi's was just awful).
- Trent TROLLolololol subbed at 59' by Klopp to ensure he misses additional points from playing 60 and the clean sheet
- Robertson subbed on for Tsimi (59' also) for a wonderfuloololol 1 point cameo & no CS for Tsimikas
- Bobby draws big save from Pickford after Nunez tee's him up
- Robertson on corners, beautiful cross, straight on Bobby's noggin' only to be saved by Pickford.
- Messy pinball from short-corner inside Everton's box means Pickford makes another save from Fabinho (would've been Nunez assist)
- Everton counter through corner, FIVE on THREE, Gray skips past Milner, squares past Gordon and Maupay (lol) kicks it into Allison's chest rather than anywhere else from 8 yards
- Gray cross, finds Maupay at the far post, who somehow, amazingly puts it WIDE from a yard outside of the 6 yard box (to the left of the goal) but about 3 yards from the by-line so Coady toe pokes it home, the crowd goes wild only for VAR to ruin the day by calling it offside (correctly)
- VVD somehow escapes red card? Raised studs into ankle/shin of Onana
- Jota on for Nunez (80') McNeil on for Gordon (82')
- Patternson finds McNeil, who 1-2's with Maupay (because of a bad touch), McNeil shoots from 17 yards, DOUBLE ricochet going top corner before Allison makes top drawer save
- Salah lovely outside of the boot pass, Bobby latches onto the end of it (completely unmarked from 13 yards) causing Pickford to save again
- Robertson steams forward (90'+5'), finds Diaz edge of the box, LOVELY turn, rather than shoot (weak foot?), finds Salah coming in from right, SHOOTS... fingertips by Pickford, POST... REBOUND, blocked.

- Trippier even taking freekicks from halfway line, leads to corner as gets a little messy in the box
- ^^ This corner, I thought I was at the arcade playing pinball, how has that not gone in. Corner by Targett headed towards goal by Longstaff, save from Guaita falls in front of him, 4 yards out, Joelinton stretches but Doucoure blocks/swipes it off the line, Joelinton has another stab, falls to Botman, blocked again.
- Freekick from left flank, whipped in by Targett, great cross. Pings everywhere until Almiron hits the post
- Freekick from right flank, lofted in by Trippier, makes it to Botman at the far post, big save by Guaita at his near post
- Guehi falls on the ball (obstruction?) Isak kicks it out from between his legs, freekick given to Newcastle, Trippier in again, Botman heads back across goal from far post, Guaita dives for the ball as does Willock who CLATTERS into Guaita, ball missing both of them, bouncing off the poor unsuspecting Mitchell for an own goal. Ruled out by VAR (foul on 'keeper).
- Palace attack, Eduoard receives ball from Ayew edge of box, seemingly shrugs off two, drops shoulder on third, fires shot away, Pope big save with his leg
- Isak doesn't see run of Murphy, easy through ball would probably leave him 1-on-1 with 'keeper, but finds Willock on the edge of the box (centre) and Guaita saves AGAIN
- Trippier takes left corner this time? (In-swinging)... Met by Botman, finds Willock who shoots wide (big slice)
