      last minute draw.

I had that in a streak yesterday, home to Plymouth with 11 wins in the last 6 between them going into the naval ports battle!

Are people still that sure that he's on penalties with a full team out? Was Lanzini playing on the day he scored the one that he did in the ECL?

It's one of those transfers where you should be able to differentiate a punt from an outrageous transfer. Bowen is the latter right now.

Buying players who are about to go on a scoring run is a great feeling.
Bowen is still a top player, West Ham won’t finish in the relegation zone. I’m backing him to come good (also in the knowledge it may not work out).
Why not roll the dice on WC? There’s plenty of replacements at that price point or cheaper if it goes wrong

I think its a bit different. Son has shown that, although a bit streaky, he can return 25 GIs season after season. Bowen hasn't earned nearly that much credit yet

        1. Hits from the Bong

Son also looked like it was a matter of time, being unlucky, shots going close, goals disallowed etc. Bowen has been woeful, uninvolved and his confidence looks totally shot

Plus even though Spurs aren't playing well they're still scoring goals. West Ham have now scored 3 times in 7 and only have 1 clean sheet in that time too

A few 'content creators' mention his fixtures. It gets parroted around. Bowen being a sensible pick becomes the hive minds accepted wisdom. Eventually, he'll not blank. At which point, everyone congratulates themselves on how clever they are. Simples 🙂

(Disclaimer: he could come good. At this point, it's blind faith)

      1. DARK SIDE OF THE LOON

The only way I can improve that mid is by playing 442. Jesus to a 4.5 and Colback to a 7.5 mid but don't know who to get. Not too sure if I would want to lose anyone else.

The username change: An autoplay on YouTube which pushed that particular song.

I'm keeping both. They are playing in the most free scoring team after City. Both are consistently shooting. Both are nailed. Cannot understand anyone getting rid. If Leicester put 2 past Spurs and everyone has scored against Liverpool, I am not overly worried about those fixtures. Also, what price are these two guys next season?

The following players are on the chopping block pre-WC13 (with ideal GW in brackets). I can sell 5 of them with one hit:

    Jesus, Martinelli, Odegaard (9, 10, 12), Diaz (10), Trent (10, 11), KDB (11, 12)

Players I might bring in before GBW12:

ASM (9), Zaha (10), Darwin (12), Maddison (any), Sterling (any), Chelsea def (any)

That leaves the following potential transfer mapping:

    GW9: Odegaard + Martinelli > ASM + Maddison (-4)
    GW10: Diaz > Zaha
    GW11: KDB > Sterling
    GW12: Jesus > Darwin/Auba
    GW13: WC

    Sorted? 😀

    Iversen
    Trent James Trippier
    KDB Diaz Odegaard* Martinelli
    Haaland Jesus Mitrovic

Should have followed everyone’s advice here. WC last minute 61 points. Original team 66-4 = 62 points. Still would have taken by far by best start inside top 10K. Hopefully can save and look to stick to plan to get Zaha and then Salah in, and team doesn’t suffer to much in mean time.

Wilson easily a better forward than Isak

If he could just avoid injury more easily, then maybe. Part of the game to be fit.

How many points do you need to have to consider yourself FPL expert? I am considering running a youtube channel but I don't know if people will listen to someone in top 270k.

If people use rank to judge quality of advice then you're probably better off not having such subscribers.

YouTube channels take a long time become popular and grow. If you're consistent, determined and provide valuable insights then you'll eventually succeed.

WC9 draft numero uno. As of now, the main dilemma is whether to double up in Leicester attack for the juicy Forest & Bournemouth fixtures or stick with Martinelli or maybe get Saint-Max in if deemed fit and ready to go? Thoughts?

    Guaita / Iversen
    TAA / James / Trippier / Saliba / Patterson
    Salah / Zaha / Maddison / Barnes / Andreas
    Haaland / Toney / Mitrovic

You don't need Trent or Salah. Try to find funds for Kane, Son or De Bruyne.

Couldn't disagree more!! Salah(c) vs Bri is the best choice this week for me and with so many now without, the pairing will be a huge differential going forward? Let's face it, either/both can haul at any point and vs literally anyone?! Hendo, Matip, Robbo will all be back to sure things up at the back by then too. For me, it's the perfect opportunity to get them back in and one that I feel not too many will take?

I've got a similar WC draft atm with Salah, think it has to be done for Pool cover vs Brighton. I will then switch him to KDB for gw10. although not sure I've got the balls to captain Salah over Haaland even with that fixture. Will u not have a benching headache with Saliba/Barnes? I would avoid double Leicester attack personally, but can see the thinking behind it. My first WC draft below.

          Pope
          Cancelo/James/Trippier
          Salah/Maddison/Zaha/Martinell
          Toney/Haaland/Mitro

          Iver/Andreas/Neco/Patterson

Nice team Rafster!! To answer your question on the Saliba / Barnes being a benching headache. There won't be one as Saliba is there to cover Trippier in a back three for his bad fixtures of 11, 13 & 16 when he plays Man Utd, Spurs & Chelsea. In these weeks Saliba has Leeds, Southampton & Wolves. Barnes is likely only in for Forest & Bournemouth and will then be replaced by whomever looks best at the time? If he does do particularly well then could well stay though as the good'ish fixtures after do still continue with Palace, Leeds, Wolves after.

Do we think Fofana is nailed under Potter for a punt on wc?

No one knows the answer to this, Potter is just 1 game into his reign and Forfana didn't feature in that game

    Worth WC?

Out: Rambo, TAA, Perisic, Sinisterra, Gross, Jesus(?)

In: new GK, James, Paterson, Maddison, Zaha, Isak/Toney

Keeping: Cancelo, Trippier, Neco, KDB(?), Martinelli(?), Haaland, Mitro

I can see your reasons so go for it! Like all the picks you are bringing in.

For me Im keeping Sinisterra as he looks on it & is a great differential & fixtures are good.

I am keeping Jesus long term. I honestly believe Arsenal are fixture proof attacking wise along with City, Spurs & Liverpool. Think he scores more than Toney / Isak till WC.

I’m also on Salah over KDB.

Got Cancelo & Haaland & Saliba Jesus & Marti.

Will use 2 FT to remove Cancelo Jesus (less monies tied up in them) in GW11 & 12 & bring them back in GW13 with FTs banked
