Considering using my WC early this GW instead of waiting for WC13 due to issues such as Neco, Coufal, DaSilva, Mitrovic.

I’m 0.1 short to field this 11. Any ideas where to change things up?

    Guaita, Ward
    Cancelo, Trippier, Cucurella, Dier, Guehi
    Zaha, Maddison, Martinelli, Trossard, Andreas
    Haaland, Kane, Auba

I'd sacrifice Auba. Not sure he's worth the cost with his rotation risk.

      Guaita -> Kepa
Ward -> Iverson (or any 4.0 or 3.9)
      Dier -> Romero
      Cucurella/Dier -> Chilwell/4.4 e.g. Mings/Tark/Jonny
      etc.

Kepa good shout. Not convinced with Cuc or Auba (rotation worry).

      1. Cali

I was thinking Auba could be a short term punt and become Jesus or someone else after GW12. Are there other attacking options in this price range that you prefer?

I’ve asked a similar question below. Solanke fixtures look good next two. Scamacca has 2 good fixtures either side of Liverpool.

Looking at Mitro and James replacements and tempted with Guehi and Darwin. Was gonna just do the James to Guehi move and carry the 2FTs to next week, hope for the best with Mitro but he looks to drop in price tonight, pricing me out. Make the move or still wait?

    1. XX SMICER XX
      4 years, 13 days ago

Difficult one. I don’t see Darwin starting on Sunday.
I would wait and hope Mitro is fit

    2. Saka Punch
      4 years, 13 days ago

I would wait. Mitro could well be fine, and Nunez not exactly nailed on for points this week, even if he starts

    3. Wolfman180

Thanks. I suppose if I do get priced out I could always go for Firmino instead.

  6. XX SMICER XX
    4 years, 13 days ago

If Mitro is out, who is the best replacement for the next two gameweeks?
    A. Solanke
    B. Scamacca
    C. Other

Plan is to bring in Jesus GW13

    1. Saka Punch
      4 years, 13 days ago

I actually think Solanke is a solid pick for next 2, especially if you can use the cash to upgrade somewhere (though I guess you're saving it for Jesus)

      1. XX SMICER XX
        4 years, 13 days ago

Correct - savings from Mitro & James would go into Jesus

Need to work out the best cheap defender option but that’s a different question!

        1. Saka Punch
          4 years, 13 days ago

Probably Dunk/Veltman imo, good fixtures and a decent team compared to the others at that price range. Not sure how solid Brighton are under their new manager tho tbf

Posted this already, but must have done it on an older page or something crazy. Anyway, Kilman over Jonny? More boring but less of a risk. Jonny could potentially get rotated with the midweek games, perhaps...?

    1. XX SMICER XX
      4 years, 13 days ago

More exciting yes, but Jonny bigger rotation risk.
My worry is the lack of manager. I would look elsewhere

      1. XX SMICER XX
        4 years, 13 days ago

Wouldn’t say strange, just personal opinion..
My view is you would want both Cancelo & KDB (or Foden to cover) back in GW13.
Whereas you can live without Saliba.

      1. The Big Fella
        4 years, 13 days ago

I think I wiII wait anyway to see how/where he pIays under the new manager but my bench is currentIy Patterson, Gordon and Neco. I am having to pIay Pereira this week. I have 3m ITB. My pIan is to bring in Trossard for Gordon, SaIiba for Neco and Foden for Maddison over the next few GWs.

      No this?

If it's GW12 only before a WC, which I think it is, then I would just get the best player you can. For example, I'll probably do Haaland out to a Liverpool FWD.

Losing 0.4 TV is no big deal IMO. If you make good decisions across the season you don't need to worry about TV at all. Especially when they are so many underpriced players around.

mu plan was always kdb to Son and then Son to Salah but I am not sure if I want to get Salah back.

On the other hand, Foden offers a good alternative and if you want Cancelo and Haaland you can’t hold Kdb anyway

is Jesus to Kane for free asking for trouble thiss GW?

I have 2 FT so I was thinking Taa -> Kilman and, since I have 3 Arsenal and 2 City I need to remove 2 of rhose anyway…

Mount, Zaha, Trossard or Antony? Who scores the most over GW’s 11 & 12? (Will WC for 13)

    1. Casual Player
      4 years, 13 days ago

Trossard is the safe bet, in sense everyone is getting on the bandwagon

You could Mount a case for Mason though IMO

      1. GC123
        4 years, 13 days ago

Thanks Casual Player! I see what you did there! Yeah Mount could be a good differential. I’ve had a shocking last few GW’s and I’m going to struggle to get 11 out on the pitch in GW11 & GW12 without at least one hit. Chelsea seem to be picking up. My only concern is that both games are away

        1. Casual Player
          4 years, 13 days ago

I guess Mount xMins are lower than Trossard too - always a small rotation risk - so if you're worried about an XI maybe go Trossard?

But I do think people are getting a little carried away with him - half expecting GroB and MacAllister to score more over the next 2 hahaha
