    A. Temporarily lose Cancelo to get in Salah (C) for a hit

    B. Lose Kane to get in Salah (C) for a hit

    C. Go without Salah, and do a simple Maddison > Mount

    Cant seem to get on a run this season at all and i have been both patient at times and pro active at times iv only broke inside top 3m once two wks ago but dropped into 4m last wk back up to 3m this wk.

    Already 100 pts of leader in 3 MLs (same guy in the 3 of them btw)

    Anyone else having similar season?

      Up to this week, yeah. Finally broke through slightly this wknd, not much, but enough to reach inside 2.5M. Slow going, though.

      I was 3.5mil pre week 8 and had already used WC and FH earlier, took a -8 hit that week but as part of a new strategy

      currently upto 600k despite making some silly errors, no Foden etc

      Yep, two top 5K finishes in my last couple of playing seasons and just fallen behind top 1m tonight.

      Not taking James out for a hit this week is looking a bad idea seeing as Maddison's suspension means no obvious route to 11 players without taking hits the week before a wildcard.

      Yep...it's very annoying 🙂 but I figure things will change at some point. -4 for next gameweek to get 11 players (KDB/ Maddison to Salah/Trossard).

      Still early in the season. I started of horrendously. Now mid-table in ML. Still a lot of hurdles for everyone (world cup, dwg's, chips etc.) so chances to make up ground aplenty

        I hope so, i usually do very well, finished 780th overall a few yrs ago and win most my mls each year. But this season more than any no matter wat i try back fires.

        Had saka and Odegaard since the off for example and sold 3 wks ago. Took a - 8 last wk (first hits of the season) for zaha/madds and trossard and back fired completely

          As long as you can justify the decisions you take with logic based on the information you had at the time, then keep on trying. Good luck or bad luck doesn't last, but a keen manager's eye does 🙂

      Was having very similar session until until my WC in GW9. Completely changed my season, went from 1.5m to 300k.

      I'm not in great shape for next GW though

      Usually there are double game weeks later in the season. Chips can be huge then. But sometimes also disappointing due to rotation or teams having nothing to play for.

      If you only have 7, taking a -8 to get 11 out should hopefully pay for itself (hopefully the four you bring in get 2 each minimum), then any returns are a bonus. Then WC 13 to get in all your Arsenal and Man City.

      I would strongly advise you NOT use your free hit..prepare for the longterm and suck up a bad GW12. I think GW12 will be a low scoring week as teams play twice within a few days and the big point hitters in MAN CITY & ARSENAL aren’t playing.

    I can do Salah (c) and Darwin (No Jota now so should start the next 2) in for Maddison and Haaland

    High upside and no risk. Super tempting to have double liverpool attack for the next 2 fixtures

    Haaland in for Kane when he plays Newcastle is also tempting
