            U can transfer out player who is yet to play for a player yet to play. For eg. News came Sane is injured so u can sell sane to gnabry for eg.
            But this transfer will count towards md2..
            If u sell for eg. Kane who already played to Mbappe u get mbappe pts only md2

      You can use transfers in Matchday 1 to set up for Matchday 2.

    Has anyone had any communication/indication as to when the points will be sorted properly. It's making subbing in and out a joke as you don't really know what points your players actually have.

    Also has anyone kept track of stats in terms of SOT, key passes, tackles etc. so we have an idea of player points?

    The Fifa scoring system says midfielders get point for every 2 key passes and every 3 tackles. And forwards for every 2 shots on target.
    Can you see anyone with these points awarded?

          It not an assist. Rules say the player who wins a penalty is awarded 2 points, regardless is the penalty is scored.

      Modric, 5 goals, 3 assists in his last 13 games. On pens, corners, frees. Should get a decent few key passes too.

      If you transfer out an unlocked player for an unlocked player it's for MD1.

      Locked to unlocked or unlocked to locked is for MD2.

      It's fair if you can figure out how to do it and want to go to the effort of it. Like dangling your leg out looking for contact to win a penalty. Not in the spirit of the game, whatever that means. Starting a new team when MD1 startedbisn't in the spirit either though. My excuse it it's to test the ambiguous wording of the rules, a Guinea pig team. Oops 😉

    Sell a player that played for a cheap fodder. Then sell a player that haven't played for a more expensive player that haven't played. And this round you will have points from 2 premiums (and a budget on a minus side).

        locked premium + unlocked cheap --> unlocked premium + cheap.

        So, I score the points from both the locked premium and the new unlocked premium. But, now my team will score points for both the premiums. The cheap player does not need to play on the same MD. This is a very interesting idea. And, it is not "cheating" if you are following the rules.

                Why WC in group rounds when you know the teams in MD1,2,3? Maybe a bit of rotation in MD3 but could be minimal with a few surprise results leaving Groups top and second in doubt before MD3. MD5 a bit like going into a blank game week, 8 teams out of 16. And MD6 and 7 are the same 4 teams.

    To me WC Matchday 2 seems like it might be a hit and miss. I dont think I have any better idea of outcomes than I did before it all started. I started with a solid team and could see my blankers doing well.
