There is limited Fantasy interest in the first of four World Cup matches to take place on Saturday.

The Group D fixture between Tunisia and Australia gets us underway at 10:00am GMT.

Only two starters in this match are owned by more than 1% of FIFA World Cup Fantasy managers, both of whom are on Tunisia’s books: budget goalkeeper Aymen Dahmen and bargain-bin forward Youssef Msakni.

As for the team news, there is just one change apiece.

Naim Sliti comes in for Anis Slimane for Tunisia, with Wahbi Khazri still only among the substitutes.

The Socceroos’ only alteration is enforced, with Fran Karacic replacing the injured Nathaniel Atkinson at the back.

Defeat for Australia would see them become the second team to be eliminated from the World Cup, after hosts Qatar bowed out yesterday.

  I set up a 2nd "test" team. Just transferred out Sarr for Gakpo as an experiment. That spot is now locked in my team - displays as Sarr when viewing MD2, and if I click to view MD3 it shows Gakpo. I can't make another transfer in that spot now - says "You have already made a transfer involving  this player that becomes active next Matchday"
  
  So yes you can make moves to set up for MD3 now, but once you bring in a locked player you won't be able to change him again. So wait until MD2 is almost finished before setting up for MD3

Ah, okay. So transferring out a locked player on a wildcard commits you to their replacement next match day only, and any funds saved are frozen.

I'm sure if I'd had my head screwed on and browsed this forum a little deeper I'd have spared myself some grief there.

    Gholizadeh. Quite like the guy, plus you get three transfers to fiddle about anyway.
    
    Lesson learned on wildcard - swap players out for others around the same price point.

        Not sure. In theory I can still switch 14 locked players before match day 3, but it's just trickier than having unlimited funds to endlessly muck about with.

      so are you stuck with those players once you've made a locked move? or can you keep make unlimited transfers with locked players?
