I'm saving for as long as possible and hoping that a good option emerges when most have used it. I'm currently around 600k with all of my chips though and still in contention in my mini leagues so want tov use it to gain as much as possible. I'm hoping there's an opportunity to TC a player who isn't the clear captain choice that week also but has the potential to smash it.

Difference between a great TC and an average TC is about 10 points. Doesn't really matter by end of the season 2,000+ totals.

If you don't want to do Haaland now, then sure save it, just be wary that in the big doubles you'll probably want to use free hit and bench boost.

I have Haaland and Mahrez currently. I could get Akanji or Ake for a hit but far from convinced it would be worth it. It would be for Dunk and would cover blank 25 but would mean benching Shaw, Trippier or Whtie so far from black and white.

Don't think you need to sell Bruno. Just selling Cancelo should be ok. Maybe someone like Ake/Akanji?

I'd go B - also depends on how many blankers you have in 25, but having KDB now gives you the double and an easy switch to Salah in week 25 for his double.

I would just replace Cancello with a city defender if your set on Saka. Ake probably who I'd go for but it's Pep so good luck!

I think one def and 2 attackers is the right combination as you're getting the CS points in narrow wins (where the defs usually get the bonus) plus a decent share of the attacking returns in the bigger wins.

FH 29 seems optimum strategy but some may be forced into in in 28... Need to consider 28 in your planning, especially as we are all likely to need transfer usage in 25, only gives you 3 transfers to sort out 28.

Arsenal play Palace - so for most of us that is 3 players we have (and good ones)
Newcastle play forest - I'll be holding double newcastle defence through week 25
Chelsea play Everton - I'll probably have Tarkowski (and bring in a chelsea defender also before then)
Villa play Bournemouth (not sure i'll have anybody from them)

Then also one of Fulham vs Liverpool or Leeds vs Wolves will be on - if Fulham I'll have mitrovic.

So that gives me 8 already - with another transfer or two available between 25 and 28 (maybe a chelsea or Villa attacker or both) then all of a sudden I'm nearly at a full 11.. without needing to go to the free hit chip.

Free hit upside much bigger in 29 imo or even hold it past then if needed.

We all know Mahrez is annoying to own & his 1 point benching will put lots off, but since moving to City we have all witnessed him grabbing double digit hauls in minutes.

Owned KDB since restarting & Mahrez smashed him points wise.
