Thursday night sees Gameweek 37 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) come to a conclusion, as Manchester United host Chelsea at Old Trafford. A point for Erik ten Hag’s side will secure UEFA Champions League qualification for next season.

Kick-off is at 20:00 BST.

Whilst the match is on, Andy North and arch-rival Greyhead will be chatting about their teams and the week’s biggest talking points over on our YouTube channel in another exclusive video for Premium Members of Fantasy Football Scout.

The live chat will be open as usual and the stream is watchable via the embedded video below from 20:00 BST.

As for the team news, Man Utd are unchanged from the side that started their 1-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday. That means Marcus Rashford returns as a substitute, having missed the past two games through injury and illness.

Meanwhile, Frank Lampard makes three changes from Sunday’s defeat at Manchester City, as Carney Chukwuemeka, Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk come in for Thiago Silva, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Raheem Sterling, who isn’t even on the bench.

Joao Felix, however, has recovered from the minor injury that forced him to drop out of the matchday squad last weekend and starts as a sub.

GAMEWEEK 37 LINE-UPS

Manchester United XI: de Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Lindelof, Shaw, Casemiro, Eriksen, Antony, Fernandes, Sancho, Martial

Subs: Butland, Maguire, Rashford, Malacia, Fred, Dalot, Weghorst, McTominay, Garnacho

Chelsea XI: Kepa, Azpilicueta, W Fofana, Chalobah, Hall, Enzo, Chukwuemeka, Gallagher, Madueke, Mudryk, Havertz

Subs: Mendy, Thiago Silva, Pulisic, Felix, Loftus-Cheek, Ziyech, Koulibaly, D Fofana, Gilchrist

    Big money league decision
Top 6 get paid, currently at 4th place around 500€ 14 points behind leader(1300€) and 11 points from 7th. 6th place is 150€
Have 2ft. 11k OR if that matters, aiming for my 6th top10k. All rather similar teams. Most of them only have 1ft. Would you
    A) Play "normal" and accept place 3-5
    B) Go wild, like bring in Kane for Haaland and captain him but risk going out of the money if Haaland does his normal stuff
    C) In between, keep Haaland but find 2 good players who rivals probably wont have, maybe Salah captain.

    Shameless repost due to bottoming;

    Who do you think will be rested out of the following;

    Johnstone - Steele
    TAA - Shaw - Estupinan - Moreno - Toti
    Salah - Mahrez - Fernandes - Mitoma - Odegaard
    Haaland - Alvarez - Wilson

    I'd imagine;

    Shaw, Moreno, Mahrez, Fernandes, Haaland

    Anyone else?

Really anyone could be rested. Although I suspect mitoma haaland/Alvarez Mahrez are most likely.

I think Mahrez and Alvarez won't start and City field a strong team as preparation for the FA Cup final.

The rest of the players I think will start. But it's GW38 loads of teams could do some crazy things.

Guys, fancy Alvarez in for Isak but feel the sensible option might be to hold Isak so I can try to get 11 players out. How does this look:

Willock & Mahrez to Trossard or Odegaard & Eze -4

Can you afford Eze over McNeil? I think the Everton game could be a cagey affair and Eze will be flying after his England call-up

      1. Flynny
        • 11 Years
        3 years, 20 days ago

I can't afford eze over mcneil.

I could take a hit tho and throw in mitoma to eze.....

        Mitoma could easily be benched

          • 4 Years
          3 years, 20 days ago

Stick with plan A. I’m not sure the hit pays off. McNeil is on corners and Bournemouth don’t defend set-pieces well. As good as Eze is, I’m not sure he scores > 4 points more than McNeil

            Thanks.

I think it is mitomas turncoat the Brighton bench...don't you think mitoma to eze - 4 is worth a roll of the dice? Thanks mate

It’s a tough call but he’s delivered assists in his last two. I’m risk averse so I’d go for the free move personally but if you’re feeling bold, go for it

How’s it looking for next week? Leading by a meesly 5 points in a cash league. Any changes to starting 11? (Have 2FTs and 1.5ITB, main differences in our teams is he has Kane and Olise)

    DDG
    Lindelof - Estup - Stones - TAA
    Salah (c) - KDB - MacA- Rashford
    Haaland - Isak

    Iversen - Mitoma - Botman - Greenwood

    Thinking on either:
    A) KDB, Isak > Odegaard, Kane
    B) KDB, Isak > Son, Jesus
    C) Stones, KDB, Isak > VVD, Odegaard, Kane (-4)
    D) Stones, KDB, Isak > White, Son, Jesus (-4)
    E) Anything else

    Thanks alot all!

    Trippier Guéhi Estupiñán

    Captain:
    a) Kane (lee)

Rashford normally does well in home matches but the two away matches for Kane and Salah look promising. I've included Haaland, but expect his minutes to be managed.

Only way I can get Kane in is Mahrez and Isak to Kane and Bailey so would have to play Bailey or Mac-10, still worth getting Kane in with this scenario?? Would captain Kane probably…. Other option is to go for Saka and Watkins and captain Salah or Haaland…..

Any advice on the best option folks???

I fancy a pint on Firmino also for his last game against SOU. I can see goals in that
