No-one is nailed in the off season.

I was under the impression he was first choice, but I may be wrong and have no inside insight.

What 4.5m defender to start with?

    A. Henry
    B. Pau
    C. Udogie
    D. Colwill (if he looks like being nailed)

    Thanks

Depends whether they'll be rotated in and if so when.

Out of those 4 I prefer Pau.

People say Pau because he's shiny and new. Noone knows if he'll start from the off, or if like Carlos he won't.
Ol' faithfull Henry might be better to start with.

Pretty settled on this at mo:

    Onana / Kelleher (transfer?)

    Trippier / Estu / Gabriel / (bayer / bell)

    Rash / Fernandes / Saka / Mbeuembo / (baptiste)

    Halland / Jesus / Nkunku

    Opinions?

      Yeah, looks good.

Personally I'd prefer it with Rashford instead of Salah and a beefed up defence and bench.

    How about this one?

    Onana (Areola)
    TAA, Gabriel, Pinnock, Botman (Beyer)
    Salah, Rashford, Martinelli, Eze, MacAllister
    Haaland (4.5, 4.5)

I'd be worried about Areola's price drops when he doesn't start, Martinelli on reduced minutes and having Beyer as your only back-up if someone gets injured or benched.

Same, basically got a 6mil striker and 4.5 defender as support for the main team

        4.5
        5.5 5 5 (4.5 4)
        9 8.5 8.5 7.5 6.5
        14 7.5 (6)

Could even switch ode and Diaz/Nkunku to Jesus and sterling and save a mil

Genuine questions based on templates I am seeing:

Why is everyone loading up on Brighton when they have average mid term fixtures, loads of options that rotate in forward areas and may have lost both their centre mids who were vital?

Equally why are so many doubling on the Man United mids when they are great defensively but relative low scoring going forwards?

Agree with you re: Brighton. The fixtures turn quite quickly, they have a plethora of attacking options, and as good as De Zerbi is Mac Allister and Caicedo are massive losses.

I'm expecting United to be better going forward with the additions of Mount, Onana and a new striker. Might sound strange to include Onana there but he's good playing out of the back so that could improve their build up.

I suspect Saka is Mr consistency for goals and assists.

                    Ødegaard for hauls.

                    Jesus for a streak.

                    Martenelli all season.

                    Trossard sometimes.

Defenders and keeper too for Arsenal points.

There's a reason that Pep sold Jesus to Arsenal.

Man can't score, so sell him to your rivals to get extra points when Jesus doesn't score.

It's not rocket science. It's Pep science.

Too many question marks here. Double Brentford and Pool. I had Gakpo last season. Never got a return and he played every second game.

Rice, world class. Him and Havertz together will dominate games for decades to come.

Updated draft- had to drop Mitoma to Enciso. Other option is to drop Chilwell to Henry/Pau but quite like having Chilwell ready to come in week 2 or 3. Can switch between 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 depending on fixtures. Any comments on draft welcome?

    Onana
    TAA Gabriel Estupinan
    Saka Rashford Foden Mbeumo Enciso
    Haaland Jesus

Is it crazy to go without Martinelli? Wouldn’t surprise me if he hauls in GW1 and everyone scrambles to bring him in.

Is anyone on more than two of Liverpool and Chelsea in their current draft going into GW1 (as in collectively)?

I've seeing quite a few Trentless drafts I quite like, this one included. Gone Onana & Gabriel myself, for the extra pocket money.

Shaw is bap monster and gets attacking points too. If he doesn’t get a cs, neither does Onana. I think Onana will prove to be overrated.

I have TAA, Chilwell, & Sterling atm, but I doubt it'll stay that way. Chelsea don't have a midfield, and if they buy one it might take some time to gel.

I can see Foden & Akanji pushing their way into my team over Chilwell & Sterling. Depends on transfers and pre-season.

Very difficult. I think B but monitor whether Martinelli minutes seem secure. If they aren’t you can always pivot to Maddison by gw3
