I'm all for it. All too often players given a booking would pick up the ball to argue with the ref. Now, that should simply be a second yellow for delay and an ejection. After the first one or two of those ejections, players will get the message and play the game like professionals rather than argue everything like six-year-olds in the schoolyard (or like Arteta).
