      About time too - been warned all preseason about at last getting tough on time wasting/breaking up the play,
      will need to watch for the first five to eight games number of bookings

      Also, Possible Manchester City & Arsenal starting elevens (ex City keeper change)

      Alvarez starting up front

      I'm all for it. All too often players given a booking would pick up the ball to argue with the ref. Now, that should simply be a second yellow for delay and an ejection. After the first one or two of those ejections, players will get the message and play the game like professionals rather than argue everything like six-year-olds in the schoolyard (or like Arteta).

          Have you watched any of his games in pre-season? Anyone who has kicked a ball, can tell the guy's talent. He has the potential, and for sure is Brighton's best man on the field today (and also in all preseason games)

        Pedro seems very lively and full of energy alright. Would be very hard to leave him out given his versatility.

        Ferguson and Welbeck do not have that versatility so they are competing for the one spot.
        It is only Enciso/Bounanotte that competes with Pedro. So the more I think of it I think you are correct Pedro should start.
        I was only watching the Brighton game for 5/10 minutes and Pedros name was mentioned about 4 times.

          Agree with this. Watched the first half and Pedro has been the best attacker by a distance. Mitoma has been decent too. March mirr involved in buildup while Welback is playing one twos alongside Pedro.

            I saw that as well, I think Gross was still on the pitch when Pedro took the pen. I am open to correction on that.

            But if Pedro is on pens - that alone is a reason to get him. Luton could be blitz by Brighton a style they would never have faced in the championship.

            Join as teams were removed last season when eliminated. Will be a smaller competition due to various reasons so make sure to enter by Sunday or you'll have to wait until I open it again. Would have been open ages ago if there wasn't a lot of work needed.
