If Kane joins Munchen is Richarlison nailed as their striker? Surely would be a great pick at only 7.0m MID?

For now. But interest in Taremi among others has been reported. I can't see them willingly going into this season without spending some of the money on someone more reliable than Richarlison was last year

Easily transferable to whichever of the many 6.5 options turns out to be the best as well if it does go Pete Tong. Feels like a no-brainer to me (assuming Kane goes of course)

Haven’t seen any haaland-less draft yet. Looks decent no? Haaland blank would be a huge upside. Permanent Salah capt.

Pool this season should do much better than last and I think ppl are really overlooking them.

I'm not sure about saving all that money on Haaland only to have to put it into Trent instead. Somehow you're still left with Pedro up front.

I'd be tempted to downgrade Trent and go someone like Jackson instead, or 5-4-1 with an absolutely killer midfield.

      Did this last week
      Onana (Areola)
Saliba/ Chilwell/ (Rotate one of Baldock, Bell, Beyer)
      Salah/ Bruno/ KDB/ Foden (Diaby)
      Darwin/Jackson/Watkins

Not too keen on Darwin now so could swap him, and might drop Onana to a 4.5

    A. Onana + Martinelli + JP + Anderson (4-4-2)

I’d avoid Spurs completely if Kane confirms his departure. Don’t think Richa is as good in finishing. It would reduce Maddy’s point potential as well. Only person I’d be interested in is Son and Kulu. But would give 1-2 weeks to see how Spurs cope.

I don't know how anyone can expect anything good anytime soon when a team loses its best player ever. Tottenham will struggle without Harry, and this is the reality. He bailed them out so many times in the last decade, scored numerous goals, created countless chances for teammates, and motivated them to push on in crucial moments. You can't just replace this kind of player and person with Richarlison and act like he can replicate him. It's impossible.

Spurs will definitely need some time to recover and regroup, a few transfer windows to strengthen, and a lot of patience. Even as an Arsenal fan, I have no problem admitting that he's one of the best strikers I've ever seen in the league. It's a big loss for the Premier League and one of the big six, but Real and Bayern were always going to go head-to-head for Kane after they sold Benzema and Lewandowski in the last year. He has it all, and that's why he made it to the very top.

Yeah, I'd be wary to touch any of the Spurs players now until things settle and we see how they perform without Kane up front.

The same was said about Bale when he left, the cash was splashed - some wasted. Then suddenly Kane emerged.
From what he has done at Celtic Ange seems to have a knowledge of football leagues that many don't in Europe. Namely Asia.
I think if Kane does go he already has a plan in mind for the money -a rebuild. Based on unknown nuggets and hidden gems.

It obviously isn’t as extreme as Kane leaving spurs, but ange lost the majority of the big players at Celtic when he joined the team after just losing the league by 25 points then turned it around and won the league the following season. Scoring a record amount of goals also.
Feel like spurs will still attack and score with him as the manager

Dunno, sometimes when a team loses their talisman, they rally together and do even better.

Doubt Spurs will though. Everyone will now know that theyhave 3 weeks to re-invest their 94m and Levy will be taken for a ride (which imo, he deserves). Smart thing to have done would have been to bought early and not dragged his heels.

Still think it's a wasted move for Kane though, should have broke the PL record first then decided.

We don’t really know - Dalot started against Lens (with the rest of the first team) but is much poorer defensively than Wan-Bissaka. Feel like the latter is more highly rated, but Ten Hag is the man who played Weghorst as a 10 (more than once) so who knows?

    2. Chris_l25

Hmm hard to say. He started the 'big' pre season games against Madrid and Arsenal, where we seemed to field a mostly first choice XI, but then Dalot played the penultimate friendly against Lens where the starting lineup was Onana, Dalot, Varane, Martinez, Shaw, Casemiro, Bruno, Mount, Antony, Rashford, Garnacho, which could easily be the starting XI for GW1. (the final friendly being against Bilbao 24hrs later where a mostly second choice team played which included Wan Bissaka)

I remember first entering the Hall of Shame, only The Bearded One was there, putting the finishing touches to his construction inspired by the archangel who appeared in a vision of red lightning in the sky. He did not immediately take notice but kept arranging the chairs about the Round Table until a few followed into the hall shortly after and we made our presence known. There were no prizes then for being first to join, for it would have been rude to highlight our shame.

Maddison even without Kane will be better than Foden who’s not even nailed

I know... Just feel like Foden will haul Vs Burnley... But it's very shortsighted of me.

      Foden rotation risk
Madders a tough one now.. Feels like we should steer away from Spurs but equally it might be an opp for more maddison / son points

      Foden
      - Negatives
Starts 3/5 games?, anxiety every weekend, KdB is somewhat fit.
      + Positives
Can haul so might be worth the times he doesn't start, should get more gametime than last season.

      Maddison
      - Negatives
No Kane? New team. A bit streaky.
      + Positives
Spurs look more attacking, cheap punt.

I'm not high on either of them, I think there are better options.

The quality of supply to him last year was poor... But so was his finishing... He's not a striker. Saka/Marti/Ode will be the benefactors of Jesus being missing... I even think Havertz will be better when Jesus returns

                        I'd want Saka/ode/Gabby

                        I have saka/Marti/ramsdale

                        Sigh

Re the article above by Lateriser. I have went double Brighton defence instead of two attackers. As like him I do not think Brighton will be as 'Gung Ho'

I have not heard many mention double Brighton defence though. In my mind it means likely clean sheets while freeing up a spot in midfield.

I'm thinking about going with zero Brighton defence.

I quite like it - they should be in total control of those first 3 fixtures & I think they might have the highest CS % across first 4 fixtures overalll (imo - wanted to get odds on this but can't find them for future GWs). At the moment I have Estupinan, Mitoma & Pedro, but I think Webster could match the likes of Stones/Gabriel initially

They conceded 44 goals last season and look like starting Gross at rightback... clean-sheets certainly not guaranteed.

Not convinced by their defence without Caicedo and MacAllister, and their commitment to pass at the back.

Agreed, but those first two Brighton fixtures could not be much easier.

Playing out from the back has a habit of leaking a stupid goal every other game

Exactly. Dahood and Gilmor are not strong defensive midfielders.

Would be very Spurs like from Kane to bottle his biggest chance to win multiple trophies in his career by saying no to Bayern, tbf.
