These CS odds don't seem right:

    Brentford 40% vs Palace
    Spurs 29% vs Bournemouth

Yes they are home and away respectively, but cannot be that much of a difference between the two!

Funny considering Liverpool were very high (if not top?) of the cs odds last week v Bournemouth and conceded, and Spurs kept a cs to ManUtd

What's wrong with them? They are correct. Spurs love to concede and this Bou team can attack. Palace players simply can't finish or score one even if they have 11 vs 10 men on the pitch.

I agree. Bournemouth is not a classic bus parking defensive team, they will try to score, and Placa has the worst selection of strikers in the league.

Looks ok to me. Spurs will hardly keep any CS & Bournemouth are quite different now under Iraola. I would predict 0-0 or 1-0 to Brentford, maybe 1-3 to Spurs

I would yeah. Next week would be quite an interesting decision between the 2 of them (BOU/bur) - maybe Udogie's attacking threat might tip that one (although Bouremouth still seem to have issues defending set pieces so maybe Pinnock has decent threat there too)

Finally the move is going ahead.

Sheffield United have won the race to sign Cameron Archer — deal likely to be around £18m + includes a buy-back clause!

Paid £ 23.5 million for him, with a £ 40 mil buy back option only to score 4 league goals in his Sheffield career. He represents a very costly error for them.

Luckily his ownership is low and I'd imagine nearly everyone will have more important transfers to make. Osula has still been decent in his two games though I thought, would say he'll still get subbed on a bit

He doesn't have the end product to justify higher.
Combining his 21/22 & 22/23 stats he only had 7 goals and 4 assists in 43 league apps.

Is this G2G? will risk Madders & Joao Pedro will come in if not. (no hits taken, just one FT even though I've resisted the urge to WC because it would be able to sort out multiple issues..)

    Pickford
    Estup - Chilwell - Romero - Colwill
    Salah - Saka - Bruno - Diaby - Maddison
    Haaland

Turner - Joao Pedro - Beyer - Mubama

Gabriel still not guaranteed to start and Chelsea have some lush fixtures coming up.

    1. Nate(U)dog(ie)

Zaniolo has a pretty bad injury record and has a bit of competition at Villa, wouldn't go near him personally

Harrison, even if on the right flank I do not see all this competition for a fit Zaniolo at Villa. Roma season ticket holder here, I know him quite well. The lad has massive potential and a great left-foot shot from distance, but he is in fact very much injury prone - same problem as Reece James: too heavy a body - and I keep my doubts over his attitude, as well.

    Some noteworthy stats:

    - Sheffield United have conceded 40 shots in 2 games.
    - Only Brighton have generated more open play xG than Manchester United in the first 2 games.
    - Only Mbuemo (3.53) has more xGI than Bruno Fernandes so far. This includes two penalties for Boomo.
    - Brighton conceded 2+ xG to Wolves.
    - Eze has taken the most amount of shots in the league so far but is 22nd for Non Pen xG. Lot of low quality shots.
    - Mitoma top for xA and chances created so far.

Thoughr I could share this from Lateriser for people not on twitter.

Not surprised on Mitoma, even during his lean spell at the end of last season none of the other Brighton attackers were anywhere near his xGI. Interesting one on Eze though, I'd fear that part of that is him shouldering the burden of the attacking impetus with no Zaha or Olise beside him. Brighton being high for xGC doesn't surprise me, they always give away chances

If i do, do u think it's also worth losing one of Saka/Marti (Full H) to Foden for a hit as well?

Im going to drop one of them next week anyway, also for a planned hit -
          Caveats:
+ im gna do it anyway
          + better form
+ i dont wana lose on MORE value
          - Foden might not start

"Brighton conceded 2+ xG to Wolves"

Given what Wolves did to Man Utd, the more relevant stat is more "Wolves had 2Xg v Brighton".
If and when it clicks, Wolves will hand out a 4-1 type battering against someone else.
      Everton next...

One thing I'm trying to weigh up. Might backfire but Man United look crap.

Has anyone else noticed FFS makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription? I am making a claim in the small claims court. If anyone else has grievances about FFS' cancellation absence of cancellation instructions and process then please contact me. I have the option of making a group claim.

Been looking at this all week and can't decide what transfers to make fearing reprisal

    2FT's and .5m ITB.

Afraid of backlash if I sell Rashford/JP/Eze - any of them could make me sorry

    Johnstone
    Estupiñan Chilwell Cash
    Eze Saka Rashford Salah
    Jackson Haaland João Pedro

    Turner Garnacho Baldock Kaboré

    Bench boost. Hmm.

Considering it seems unlikely we will have major doubles, and the bench boost chip is often a hinderance (atleast an annoyance), I might get it out of the way.

    Sanchez - LUT (H)
    Trippier - LIV (H)
    Wissa - CRY (H)
    Udogie - Bou (a)

Turner or Areola as 2nd keeper on WC?

Exciting question I know... currently on Areola

Whose your main keeper depends on the rotation possibilities?

Areola seems more likely to keep his place longer-term I think. Seen mention of a potential GK merry-go-round of Henderson to Palace, Johnstone to Forest (among other permutations)
