      The number of bad calls we've had already this season is embarrassing. Then again Jon Moss' admittance of him on VAR not giving a foul for Romero's hair pull on Cucurella last season because he didn't want to cause more grief for his mate shows there's no point in hoping

    There was a simple rule going around for offside about attempting to play the ball.
    There is also the rule of blocking goalkeeper’s vision from an offside position and he definitely broke at least one of those rules.
