Frankly I'm not sure where is used a transfer there next week. Wait for today's games to play out and ask again later?

Genuinely no idea what I'd want to do with that team.

It looks really good. Son > Saka maybe?

    Martinez
    Cash Gabriel Udogie
    Salah Son Diaby Mbeumo Sterling
    Haaland Alvarez

    Tuner Andersen Gusto Simms

    1m itb, 2 FTs.

    a) Martinez + Sterling to Areola + Saka

    b) Mbeumo + Sterling to Gordon + Saka

    c) Son to Saka and roll?

It doesn't look ideal to lose Martinez home to Luton and Sterling could prosper against Brentford.

You'd probably avoid Chelsea on a wildcard ...

      both are v close.

depends if Chelsea win a few more penalties. Sterling wasn't happy that Palmer had the ball again.

    Haaland, Watkins, Alvarez

Gives a solid 3-3-3 each week with decent 11th pick from the bench options IMO. Covers all "big teams" bar Brighton too and depending on peoples TV you could probably easily make Udogie into Estupinan when he's back?

      2 years, 4 months ago

While I agree he and Nunez are linking up excellently, I'm not sure I'd agree there. 2G in his last 2 games but two penalties and the last goal yesterday was a last minute counter against a 10 man team chasing an equaliser, even though this is Salah we're talking about he's not going to get those chances every game

        • 15 Years

I don't disagree necessarily but I do feel like he's a bit more ruthless these days. And his creativity serves well for bonus, only needs 1 return to mop up 3. He was extremely unlucky not to have 2 returns vs Spurs too

          • 5 Years

It's laughable to think that Estupinan has lost over 50% of his SB figures but only dropped 0.2 in the last two GWs. Fella is literally had a double drop, hasn't had a positive NT rate in four GWs!

I guess the red flag and lots of people using WCs has significantly slowed down price drops, but it is a bit funny for sure. I'm just looking forward to potentially getting him for the first time this season when he's fully fit again and possibly as a bit of a differential

Someone posted a basic understanding of Brighton and it gets moved behind a FFS pay firewall. You can't make it up. Long story short, Adingra may benefit most but I am avoiding all Brighton players.

That is bonkers, didn't realise someone did that. This site is becoming more unfriendly to users every week (and it's not as if it's much of a modern website as it is)

    4. Sure You Did

To quote the user. "I wrote this as a reply to another post earlier: "RE Brighton, yep, our attacking players are rotated on a weekly basis, so it makes them a no-go (except possibly Mitoma, who seems to be the least prone to being benched, but still the odd game...) However, March suffered what looked like a nasty ankle (correction - knee) injury yesterday, so the RW spot might be Adingra's for a bit of time. In defence, Estupiñán is the only one I'd consider once fit - too many goals shipped so banking on attacking returns." I think the issue is that with Brighton, there's no outstanding individual who will regularly get 90, pens, FKs, chances etc, so it's a lottery as to who will haul. Regarding your plans, I'm also concerned about Mitoma's output, and he's not much of a differential. If you really want to be bold, keep an eye on Adingra."

      1. Sure You Did
        • 2 Years
        2 years, 4 months ago

and more - "Just to add a bit more, RDZ seems to have fairly set rotation patterns, with Welbeck, Ferguson, Fati & Pedro changing through the 10 and 9 positions in the 4-2-3-1, although Fati has also replaced Mitoma on left occasionally. March has been covering at LB while Estu & Lamptey are out. Milner did a shift there a couple of weeks back, and then a go at RB yesterday, but De Zerbi realised he was getting minced by Doku & put Veltman on. Now that March is probably out for a long while, the main players for RW are Adingra & Buonanotte, and I think the former will get the majority of game time. With all the injuries the wing positions seem more secure, but the central attackers will keep rotating for now."

    Morning

How does Son & Mbeumo to Saka & Bowen sound? Would mean a WH attack double-up, but I think their fixtures are good enough to warrant it.
(Hoping to fix bench the week after).

    Would give me this team...

    Areola
    Trippier - Porro - Cash
    Salah - Saka - Bowen - Diaby - JWP
    Haaland - Alvarez

    Leno / Udogie - Semenyo - Henry*

Thought I read West Ham have a good record v Villa. Definitely expect goals with the way these sides play, 2-2 or 3-2 (although I think the latter score could go either way)

    2FT's, 1.4 ITB

    Areola ¦ Pickford
    Cash Boly Botman*
    Salah Son Bruno Diaby
    Haaland Alvarez Solanke
    ¦ Nakamba Guehi Baldock*

Willing to take a hit for Tsimikas, Saka & Mitoma.

    Who gives way?

Botman, Bruno, Diaby > Tsimikas, Saka got enough for Mitoma (Gordon/Palmer)

Is Saka rising in price?? I have exact money to do Maddison to Saka but I am afraid I won't be able to do it if Saka gets priced out.
Don't want to sell Son for Saka

You are safe for now. Don't know how this changes during the week.

What to do with Bruno? Happy with his return yesterday, was planning to get Saka back for the next GW but Man Utd has some good fixtures for the next 3 after City game

Drop for Saka. Easiest decision you will ever make. Man U are utter garbage and were lucky to beat Sheffield.

Been Salah less all season but those jammy pens keep coming similar to Bruno previously.

Got 2FT what options worth considering?

    Turner
    Udogie, Trippier, Burn
    Son, Bowen, Diaz, Saka
    C Haaland, Watkins, Alvarez

    Areola, Diaby, Cash, Taylor,

Considering Watkins, Diaz, Diaby > Archer, Salah, Palmer +.2 As I type that out it don’t look so good 🙁

Your team is solid, and you'd like to believe that the pens and non involvement in games but scoring isn't sustainable but we've seen it with Salah before that he just keeps on getting points. I'm in the same boat, I need to get him in in all likelihood. Got a WC to use to move for him but frustrating to have to do that for 1 or 2 players that I want.

Palmer is probably a good shout though.

Cheers, I look at who I remove three nailed premium players for one who I would probably play

    Areola Turner
    Trippier Cash Udogie Tsimikas Lascelles
    Son Maddison Saka Mbuemo JWP
    Haaland Alvarez Watkins

The only players I would consider dropping from your team are Son, Mbuemo, JWP and Watkins. Can't be bothered coming up with options but those are the only ones I would remove. Priority would be Son and Mbuemo and I would monitor JWP as he has played deep the last few games with Soucek deep in the hole.
