Bowen has scored in every away game of the season and averages over 8 points per away game.

Using superior management technique, I brought him in last week for the large-fore headed Maddison. Very pleased.

I can potentially see 3 players that could make in the incoming weeks: Watkins, Alvarez and Son (Saka probably a keep for now).
My first target is Mbeumo before their Luton game in GW14, who would you plan to sacrifice? I'm thinking Son to Mbeumo for an easy swap?

Thinking the same. Salah, Bowen and Palmer aren't going anywhere for me so that means Saka or Son have to make way for Mbeumo. Saka has better fixtures and plays for a better team.

    Areola, Turner
    Cash, Gabriel, Guehi, Lamptey*, Taylor
    Salah, Son, Saka, Bowen, Diaby
    Haaland, Alvarez, Archer

2 FT here. The plan was to get Mbeumo for Diaby in GW14 but I only have 0.1 itb so if he rises during this break I will be priced out of a 1 FT move.

Do I just make the move early in GW13 (as soon as he's set to rise), or do I hold. If plan is to hold, how do I get to Mbeumo (I guess selling Cash is the only way, but sucks to sell before they face Bournemouth)

Szoboszlai for Rice, otherwise bang on.

Really don't agree Szobo should be here, especially not over Rice (who has as many goal contributions, including massive goals over United and Chelsea, while playing deeper). I'd sooner have Bernardo or Ward-Prowse over him.

Yeah, Udogie was a "can't think of anyone better" pick (maybe Mykolenko?) and I don't want to degrade myself with a 3-4-3 formation.

Dermot Gallagher: "They're [Haaland and Cucurella] both pulling each other, so I can see why that's been given as a penalty."

Ahaaa... so that's why. Wait, what??? That makes absolutely no sense. They are both fouling each other, so we give the attacking team a pen? What? The refs are fcking hooooooorrible.

I have no interest in any of these attempts to clarify decisions after Mike Dean said he didn't make a decision in a game because he didn't want to put a "mate" under pressure, and after the VAR audio from Diaz's goal v Spurs was released. The rules and technology are completely meaningless in the hands of these people.

agree, until they get the audio live, its all a waste of time and nothing will improve. Simplify the rules and let the fans gear the audio. Problem solved.

defo keep Diaby for the Spurs game, he's not been playing at his best last couple of games but could easily have hauled still, we create plenty of chances and he's often involved. Plus Spurs away with that defence looks tailor made for him.

I don't know what's average amount of injuries during itb, but the amount of hamstrings only has been huge lately. Covid is perhaps not as serious as it used to be, but this new variant is peaking at least here and people are traveling a lot. So no point to hurry with luxury transfer and risk seeing the team in Xmas tree colours before dl.

    Question:

Is Trossard the best value to Arsenal attack?

    (1) Jesus does everything except score or directly assist
    (2) Saka is a great FPL player but is the most costly Arsenal player
    (3) Odegaard is deeper nowadays and hurt currently
    (4) Nketiah does not have Arteta's full nailed confidence
    (5) Martinelli is good but injury prone and seems to play better with Trossard

I assuming that Arteta like Trossard, he could be a great asset. I don't own Trossard but it seems that he sparks the team.

Nketiah owners. Jesus returns after the IB if fit. Keep or Sell? If sell for who exactly?

Alvarez back on the menu? Darwin? Or maybe a weekly 5 pointer from awoniyi?

NKetiah is dead money with Jesus and Trossard back in the mix.

I am selling, however, I would most likely bench him this gw. Gotta punish him for not staying fit to start the Burnley game.

Probably to Archer. Then another striker to nkunku few gameweeks later. Haaland - Nkunku - Archer with a strong five man midfield. Don't trust Darwin at all

Hmm. Nkunku is an interesting pick. Damn! A very wicked pick. I like that option. Let’s hope he is fit, I’m sold already.

Did you see those two (quite?) marginal offsides?

I think I will keep. I have slight fear that benching him is like benching Tsimikas last week. I'd expect Jesus to be eased in and supposing Martinelli is out, how will they line up? I can see Nketiah starting, but he has to go soon. Darwin is the main target, but I need to downgrade Cash to get money. And Darwin certainly can wait one week.

I'm probably keeping but he should be getting more points

At that price, I am satisfied tbh. Bought him in gw 5 so I can’t complain. Only 6 points behind £8.6 Premium Saka. If he stays fit, he will continue to get returns. Trust Emery ball.

Eze being back for less gives Diaby some competition for that slot now.

Eze on pens & no Europe makes him appealing against Diaby with Europe & the threat to his mins as a result, the Spurs fix is a good fix for him though even if the ticker says otherwise.

    Jota Question

    (1) Gapko is Firmino without goals
    (2) Darwin is Firmino with less conversion
    (3) Diaz is Mane without goals or assists

Jota healthy as today has always rewarded Klopp. Is he he the nailed starter now?

Klopp will continue to rotate with European & Cup games but I expect Jota to have more minutes than Darwin for example.

1 FT and 2.5 ITB. Bit stumped here. I can see the argument for keeping Alvarez but i have a feeling Spurs v Villa will be a goal fest.

    A - Alvarez > Watkins
    B - Ruben > Saliba
    C - Mitoma > Mbeumo
    D - Other?

    Areola
    Trippier - Tsimi - Ruben
    Salah - Eze - Bowen - JWP - Mitoma
    Haaland - Alvarez

    Turner - Cash - Archer - Baldock

Can’t see the point keeping Alvarez if you’ve got Haaland , I’m on Alvarez as no Haaland so I would get rid off as that’s what I’m doing in 2 gwks to get Haaland back in . So you could go Watkins wouldn’t really touch a spurs player with all their issues at the back and with madds out too. Or even Solanke I know most say it’s jumping on the bandwagon but 7 returns out of 12 not bad easy couple of fixtures too.
      Good luck

Yeah I think Alvarez to Watkins or Solanke is the way to go. Alvarez just seems to be picking up the odd assist these days which isn't ideal for a striker at his price point.
