He should aim for the crowd behind the goal
So that when he misses he might score !

What is going on with Martinelli? I read he only has 1 goal in his last 16 PL games.

Anyway is Gordon the best replacement if you already own Mbeumo and Palmer?

He was struggling a bit with injury earlier in the season and also he's much more productive with Jesus in the team. Hit the post at the weekend, scored midweek last week on champions league, I would give him tonights game at least personally

Yeah definitely giving him tonight. If he returns I am also happy to give him the next couple as Villa and Brighton are starting to look quite leaky.

Their group is really soft though. He hasn't looked the same this season at all; guess his rhythm is disrupted by the chopping & changing of the left 8 & LB, plus the poor linkup with Nketiah

Agreed. PL defences are much more awkward than a lot of the CL group stage teams.

Who would you recommend? I've got 5.0m budget.

I've held TAA for a while so a bit reluctant to let him go but when I write it down, I think A probably looks a bit better

I'd keep TAA as he looks like he might go on one of those runs again. Hard to say without knowing who you already have but Lascelles / Livramento if you want to go budget, and either Gvardiol / Akanji to cover City.

I can definitely see Gakpo coming in for Nunez but I doubt it will be anything else significant. Klopp won't want a repeat of Luton Town and the game is riskier now with a new manager coming in.

Really not sure what to do here. 2fts but 0itb. Current squad:

    Leno
    Tsimikas, Gabriel, Zinchenko
    Salah (c), Saka, Son, Palmer
    Watkins, Alvarez, Haaland

    (Areola, Diaby, Lascelles, Taylor)

If I roll the transfer is my lineup right? Or perhaps play Lascelles or Diaby over Tsimikas and Palmer?

A for me. Looks like Lo Celso might play as the 10 - better attacking upside in that West Ham fixture imo. I actually think City will lose; should be a tough game anyway, especially without Rodri & Doku. If Darwin is benched so be it, but if you bench him & he starts against the worst team in the league...

Nunez to be benched only because he may not start, but we've all seen him come off the bench to score two goals.

Gordon to be benched because he may be injured, and he's playing against his former team.
