Gameweek 16 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) gets underway at Selhurst Park, where Crystal Palace and Liverpool meet in a 12.30pm GMT kick-off.

The Reds are unbeaten in their last 12 league meetings with the Eagles, although a 10-match winning run was brought to a halt with two draws last season.

Liverpool won 7-0 here three years ago, with Mohamed Salah coming off the bench to score twice.

There’s no benching for the Egyptian this afternoon but there are five changes to the Liverpool side that beat Sheffield United in midweek.

Alisson is passed fit to return in goal, while Jarrel Quansah and Kostas Tsimikas come into the defence in front of him.

Darwin Nunez is also back in the starting XI in attack, while Ryan Gravenberch is recalled in midfield.

Cody Gakpo, Joe Gomez, Ibrahima Konate and Caoimhin Kelleher drop to the bench as Alexis Mac Allister misses out with a minor injury.

Under-fire Palace boss Roy Hodgson makes two alterations, both of them fitness-led.

Nathanial Clyne comes in for the injured Tyrick Mitchell, while Will Hughes starts in place of Michael Olise.

Hodgson said in Friday’s pre-match presser that the club’s sports science team had advised him to be “very careful” with Olise’s workload after a recent return from injury.
