When are the the DGWs? I can’t see them on the FPL app.

The only confirmed DGW is Man City & Brentford in GW25. It should just show as an additional fixture that week. More will be formally announced and scheduled soon.

    Afternoon!

    Areola
    TAA* Porro Gabriel*
    Foden Palmer Gross Bailey
    Watkins Alvarez Solanke
    Leno // Salah* Gusto* Taylor*

Trent & Gabriel are likely fine so hopefully not forced into a defensive transfer, however if it were how does Gusto > Van Hecke sound? (Not Taylor as Gusto has an upcoming BGW.)

    As for another move:
    A) Salah > KDB
    B) Salah > Jota
    C) Salah > Richarlison
    D) Save FT

I have enough ITB to do Alvarez > Haaland for free, but that won't happen this week. Unsure who I'd bench if doing either if ABC.

Something poetic about both Robertson and TAA being on the bench today and likely coming on in Klopp's first game at Anfield after his announcement. I know people naturally think of Salah, Mane and Firmino when they think of Klopp's time at Liverpool, but I'm not sure if anyone has epitomised the change in style and success he's brought more than those two. Robertson was brought in for such a small fee and TAA from their academy and both have completely changed how Liverpool have played ever since

Didn't see the Brighton game yesterday but you can tell Pervis was back at wing back again because they were dreadful defensively. Its a double edged sword, great he'll be more attacking but kiss goodbye to the defensive returns because he's an easy target.

    1. Nate(U)dog(ie)

Tbh I never really expect clean sheets with him anyway and I wasn't expecting one at Luton either

Regardless, I think he's still close to a must-have at his price and with those fixtures.

I'm not sure any defenders are must have. They might return from an attacking point of view every 3rd game or something and maybe something defensively every 4th game but it'll be sods law you'll have benched him thinking it was a hard game when he does return.

Whatever the FA decides on. Would be extremely harsh to not give Wolves the win, but y'know there's time left to play. Rearranging the remainder to finish it feels like a no-go for the fans unless it's behind closed doors.

They shouldn’t be in the West Brom end in the 1st place (the family section at that). It seems unlikely to me that they’d be fighting amongst themselves when they’ve just gone 2-0 up

The options on the suspended West Brom v. Wolves match are to play on, have the present result stand or schedule a replay. I think a replay rewards the rowdy fans who are bang out of order by giving the Baggies another bite at the cherry...

I'm thinking same. Trips is pointless away . He's helped hurt my entire season along with Gordon. Everyone owns Estupian and unbelievably he's already had 3 returns in 3. Trips will concede this gw. Wouldn't shock me if he conceded at home to Luton. And he has away games where he is useless. Also nursing a groin issue.

Im thinking take him out and bank the cash

After keeping this long selling him before his fixture run which is the only reason I've kept him, I am certainly keeping him. I haven't lost any pts because of him, since he is cheap enough to be benched, (this week also).

1 FT and 8.5 ITB. Not sure how long Olise is out for but it feels like now or never if I'm going to bring Jota in.

    A - Olise > Jota (bench Palmer)
    B - Roll

    Areola
    Gabriel - Estu - TAA

          That's true too.

Did he get a couple of goals at home?

It's hard to bench Palmer tho.

I think Watkins might do better away but I'd consider benching him before Palmer.

Yes two goals and obviously 3 BAPs.

Chelsea have fast players like Sterling who are decent at buying penalties and that's when Palmer can hurt you. Newcastle look like they have improved defensively and so I may bench Watkins (who isn't on pens).

    2 FT, £7 2m itb.

I'm sure this has been covered already but just saw that Gabriel was officially awarded the second goal after all and so Saka should have had the assist (I own both and had Saka (c). After the Solanke points being taken away v Luton it just feels like one of those season. Disappointing that FPL systems can't cope with the last GW being re-opened and corrected.

Darwin's finish was excellent. Excited about having him in my team again

Already got Watkins. Prefer Darwin to Toney

I’ve always found him an exciting prospect, even when he was getting rinsed on here every week. Hasn't left my team.

I don't have him but I think that he might well outscore Watkins over the next few weeks.
