Ake train might be a goer...

Guardiola on the Croatians: "Josko will be out two weeks, three weeks, he has an ankle ligament injury. Kova is ready to come back."

Already have 3 City, but might consider KDB + Porro to Salah + Ake if Salah looks 100% to start both

I would have to do KdB + TAA to Salah + Ake. Plan was to roll this week, but Trent feeling his knee is unfortunate.

Haaland, Darwin and Jota are the must haves imo. KdB and Foden close. Fit TAA would be there also, but probably not now.

Sorry 😉 Focusing on gw25 now so I misread that. We don't even know the fixtures yet. I am considering FH, but that week may also be low scoring and there could be bigger upside later.

Anyone free hitting will only have 6 or 7 decent options to choose from; the rest will be filler.
Thinking Son/Maddy/Rich, Toney, Watkins, a Spurs defender & a WH midfielder are likely the only ones to score more than 2 unless you get lucky with your pin.

        Should add as it stands.

I expect either Luton v Forest or Man U v Sheff U to happen, in which case it becomes more interesting in a Garnacho (c) type of way

      2. boombaba

Nah wasting a FH on some players you wouldn’t want anywhere near your team
I think FH in DGW34 has much more ceiling

          • 6 Years

          Absolutely.
34 will be interesting. I'm aiming BB34 after a WC 31/32 ish, and FH37, but really all depends who doubles and who blanks in 34.

Impossible to tell imo. All good option. Personally I’m keeping Rich, he is key to the Spurs attacking and very close to scoring in the last GW. I sold Trent for Robbo as he could be a nice differential and there are not exactly a whole lot of CS these days.could get attacking returns in the coming weeks.

        Salah*, Jota, Foden, Richarlison
        Haaland (c), Watkins, Adebayo

    Dubravka Areola
    TAA Gabriel Trippier Pervis Porro

I feel this DGW is going to turn out to be a damp squib. Can see all of these happening

    - Doughty to concede in both games / Luton forwards to blank
    - Haaland, KDB, Foden to be rotated/limited minutes
    - Trent to miss at least 1
    - Salah to play both but not owned by anyone

    1. Sir Michael Taker
      • 11 Years

Most people are in the same boat with their squads anyway aren't they so net effect is the same? Just means anyone using their chips and taking hits have wasted their time, particularly if they then have to take hits into 26 to get rid of Pool players.

    Hi Guys,
Can I get some opinions on this plan please?
Porro & Richarlison > Regullon and Jota (-4)

    Pro's
    - 6 doublers for GW25
    - No hit needed to field 11 in GW26
    - Dont lose Solanke who doubles in GW or Watkins who has nice fixtures and plays in GW29

    Con's
    - Only 1 Liverpool for GW25
    - Spurs have a decent GW25 fixture and play in GW29

    Dubravka, Areola,
    Porro, Estu, Gabriel, Doughty, Taylor
    Saka, KDB, Foden, Richarlison, Palmer
    Haaland, Watkins, Solanke

    1. nerd_is_the_werd
      • 6 Years

I would personally take 3 Liverpool in GW25, even if it means down to 9 or 10 in GW26.
The fixtures particularly Luton (h) is quite juicy.

Porro and Richarlison are probably still decent for GW25.
What chip are you going to use?

    ---------------------

Already did Palmer + Trent --> Foden + VVD (-4).
Looking to BB in GW25 but down to 9 men in GW26.

Is it worth moving J.Pedro to another striker for a -4?:

    a) Welbeck or Ferguson

Toney or Darwin in for Cunha is doing my head in! Anyone else made that decision?

Tempted to do TAA > Gabriel. Absolutely no chance that Trent starts both games and lack of Arsenal in my squad is becoming an issue

Worth a -8 to do Trent, Richarlison and Palmer to Reguilon, Saka and Jota? Gives me 7 DGW players plus will get 10 players for BGW26 with my 1FT.

Kind of want to get Ake before potential price change. Funds are tight when considering Salah coming back.

    A) Porro to Ake
    B) Trent to Ake
    C) Wait for news on Trent and eat the price rise on Ake

Inclined to agree, but I only have 0.1 of wiggle room in a Porro, Trent and Jota to Ake, Gusto, Salah eventual move. Every 0.1 of value against me hurts.

Haaland blanking against Danish farmers is a concern
