Can only get rid of Muniz or Isak otherwise in hit territory.

One spot needs to play. DCL or Vardy only real moves as 0.1 off Watkins.

Surely Muniz has to be on chopping block first?

Eddie is such a troll with these press conferences. I said the other week they are becoming increasingly pointless really. Was it the West Ham chap yesterday said he had no team news at all because it was too early? Something like that. Eddie today basically saying I know if Isak will play or not but I'm not telling any of you that and frankly who could blame him. Keep Fulham guessing who will lead the line. So they either come too early or the managers are keeping the news under their hats anyway.

    1. Merlin the Wraith
      • 9 Years

They only do the confs cos they're obliged to by the PL. They are increasingly pointless & I'm sure the managers would rather be on the training ground with their squads so its just reduced to a bland nothingness.

      1. Sir Michael Taker
        • 11 Years
        1 year, 5 months ago

I think you tend to get more out of them when they are just talking generally about players like Slot has done about Darwin than specific is X player fit or not when they've still got 2 days of training to get through. The one with Hurzeler last week being asked about JP.... he probably hadn't even seen JP since before the international break as he'd only played for Brazil 30 hours earlier or something like that.

    2. Mr 500
      • 1 Year

That is PRECISELY what they are, pointless. Total waste of time and most fans aren't even interested themselves.

One day the PL will realise less is more.

      Oh ok they won't.

      1. NJ MetroStars

I'm not saying we're better, or the pl should change their rules, but here in america (the nfl) coaches are required to file timely injury reports throughout the week and are heavily fined if they lie on them. just something to consider

        1. Sir Michael Taker
          • 11 Years

I can see the logic in waiting for midweek games if people are literally not in the squad midweek or get carried off that's a massive red flag but waiting for the conferences now just isn't a thing unless they are really candid like Dychey or Ange - everyone's sick mate kind of thing.

yeah I get it and if I was a supporter of them I wouldn't blame them at all no point handing an advantage to an opponent. And Eddie despite my moaning, its a bit tongue in cheek he humours me with it. At least its obvious what he's doing whereas some of the others just talk crap for the sake of talking.

    3FT 0.3itb

    Raya (Turner)
    TAA Burn Saliba (Mykolenko, Barco)
    Saka Rogers Jota Eze (ESR)
    Pedro Haaland Isak

Not set on WC next week, but it seems a popular choice.

Ideally I'd like to go Isak > Watkins, but need at least 2 FT do to this, but also want to keep an eye on news for Pedro (but then ESR can fill in there, but i'd have a problem if Mykolenko doesn't play)

Perhaps Burn > Faes + Isak > Watkins

    Thoughts?

    Saliba Porro Mazroui

I join the "Let's hate Eddie Howe" club. I already decided to move Muniz to Dcl but need to now move Isak or get THB from the bench.

From Gw5 onwards (about 4 matches period forward). Isak and Jota to

    A) Saka + Solanke (or max 7.5 fwd)
    b) Watkins + Jota/Mbuemo/Bowen (have Jota now, that would save an ft)
    c) else?

PS: Munoz is also going out somewhere in gw6/7.

    Areola
    Gab Rob Munoz (THB, Johnson)
    Salah Eze Esr JOTA*
    Haaland Dcl ISAK*

      Should rephase this:

      GW5
      a) Solanke for Isak
      b) Watkins for Isak)

      GW6
      A means Saka for Jota
B mean reassess Jota but can only move to max Mbuemo/Bowen price bracket.
