Any thoughts on Spurs beating West Ham this weekend? I want to pick Spurs for my LMS pick but it’s an early kickoff, a derby and it’s Spurs.
    Thanks in advance

Interesting that Solanke & Maddison rate so highly in the captaincy metrics above. Pretty confident there'll be plenty of goals but wouldn't be surprised at a high scoring draw. Hardly the most clear cut victory of the week anyway. I might be tempted to try get Leicester out of the way if you still have them to pick

      It is Spurs exactly. 🙂

And that early kick-off could ruin your weekend "early".

Before that second half in Brighton, I was prepared to get Solanke and Johnson in for Watkins and ESR.

But since then I lost a bit of trust in Spurs again. Also, with Son and Richie back in training, we might see limited minutes for both candidates soon. Plus that minor injury concern for Brennan when playing for Wales.

I will wait for more news and see if I'd rather try to get Madders in. And I might keep Watkins even if a huge Solanke haul is overdue. And Ollie has CL duties and distraction. Tough tough.

As usual I might be overthinking this.

Consensus on the City forum seems to be that Lewis will be benched this week therefore would you start him or Mykolenko?

    Thoughts? 2FT, 0.0 ITB:

    Flekken / Valdimarsson
    TAA / Gabriel / Saliba / Greaves / Bednarek
    Saka / Diaz / Mbuemo / Semenyo / Rogers
    Haaland / Jackson / DCL.

My best transfer options are 3 Transfers but I only have 2FT. Should I just roll my FT this week?

    Muric
    TAA, VDBerg, Gabriel
    Maddison, Rogers, Saka, Mbuemo
    DCL, Havertz, Haaland

    Sels, ESR, Robinson, Greaves

    Ideal transfer:
TAA, Maddison, DCL > AitNouri, Palmer, Solanke (but that's 1.2m short, so maybe another GW will open other options)

    1. mookie
      • 12 Years

      Roll imo
ESR vs. Rogers is a tough one and I'd play Sels(if fit) over Muric.

    Hi,

Is it worth to take -4 hit for transfer Semenyo - > Maddison ?

    1. Lemongrab

If you're going for a spurs mid I'd just go Johnson

    2. Esraj

Very risky. Semenyo has a high chance of blanking vs arsenal, but so could maddison vs west ham. Even if he gets an assist, it's not worth the hit.

I'm also doing the Jackson to Solanke move so thats a yes from me.

On Diaz > Johnson, I would hold fire a week as I'm not sure you need a Spurs double up attack straight away. That free transfer might be more useful next week

Gordon to Palmer is surely happening next week for my team.

Which of the 2 are the best options for next week?

    TAA Gabriel Davis

I like the Jackson > Raul move.

It's not a neccessaity to do it and rolling is perfectly viable so you can do the moves to get palmer all in one week. But overall, Raul is in form and nice fixtures so think that's a good move if you are set on doing one this week

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta facing the press before the club's Premier League game against Bournemouth on Saturday: "[Saka] is not a serious injury. He is evolving really well. He has done a few things in the last two days. He wasn't fit enough to play with the national team in the second game but we are hopeful. We have a training session this afternoon, he did some bits yesterday, let's see if he can make it on time."

It means that Saka either simulated to pull out of the England squad as it was clear that there would be a new manager soon.

Or he is really badly injured and will be rested for the harder games over the next few weeks.
