Must say I'm enjoying using the new price predictor - filtering out the < 1% owned helps focus on what's relevant. I keep seeing Dunk is due to drop again - but that's not going to happen it seems.

      Nice. Veltman survived another night.

Can't believe Raul going up though. Muniz is overdue for a start. And who are people selling? Pedro, Cunha,... really? Considering that combined hype just four weeks ago.

Isak has ruined my weekend and my emotional wellbeing and my Christmas. I expected Ipswich to put up more of a fight. Oh well, at least I've learnt that McKenna is the biggest fraud in premier league managerial history. Never has someone done so little to earn such plaudits. Always looks like a little boy who's been told off for sucking his thumb in post match interviews. An awful, completely overhyped manager who needs to get back in the championship where he belongs asap.

McKenna did, not Isak. With his stupid spiky Simon from the Inbetweeners haircut, he's the most fraudulent managerial professional I have ever seen in the premier league. Where has all this hot air come from in terms of his reputation?

To be fair to Jesus in the above article, hovering around a 15% goal conversion rate ain't bad. Semenyo would be the leading FPL points scorer this season if he could do that.

Given his xG is 4.55 going off the FPL site and he has scored 4 goals, the low conversion rate isn't a surprise.

I'm leaning towards Son as the Saka replacement. Spurs will score lots of goals and are among the highest scorers in the league.

He's also more likely to get a double digit return than any of the alternatives and has penalties. Can see quite a few goals in those home games against Wolves and Newcastle.

I think I've convinced myself this is the way to go.

Decent enough, Bruno and Mateta probably wont haul but will chip away

Pedro > Jesus for Free is a no-brainer right?

Rice back generally means only room for 1 of Havertz or Jesus, tis a risk

With Arsenal's next game (Ipswich at home), who is the best attacker to get then?

Think Im gonna go Havertz. early sub and even if hes playing in midfield he gets into the box alot when Arsenal are dominating.
I do have a Havertz bias tho

For me Jesus’ performances this week makes pretty much all Arsenal attackers except for Saka and potentially Øde a no-go

Two blanks in a row while Watkins & Rogers owners are having their own private party and things will change again.

I see loads are bringing Jesus in. But the odds of him being bench still looks bad. They cab easily play Martinelli, Havertz and Trossard with Rice back deeper in midfield. Combine that with the 1 point cameo he will get when benched, I don't think Jesus is that good of an option.

If Arse had better fixtures, Odegaard could become a good longterm Saka replacement.

Loads will be selling in few weeks.
Jesus is shite finisher , always been and short anomalie against Palace is not going to change it.

Standout options at the moment for the Saka and Cunha replacement for me:

    A) Bruno + Havertz
    B) Son + Wood

Likely to wait with Cunha as long as possible

Son + Wood reminds me of those dats when you had to chose between Sony or Kenwood.

    Raya
    Timber, Robinson, Colwill
    Salah, Palmer, Saka, Bruno
    Isak, Wood, Cunha

    (Fabianski, Enzo, Harwood-Bellis, Greaves) 2FT + 0.4itb

    Saka + Cunha > Son + Jesus?

A potential issue with getting Jesus is that you're blocking yourself from getting Saka back in 1 transfer.

I also, thanks to holding off on my Cunha transfer last week, have 2FTs with the intention to sell Cunha and Saka. The squad is stable and having run my thoughts through a planner, have the means to have saved another 2FTs when Saka is fit as well as have a transfer left for the AM.
That's not to say I will get Jesus, but the means are there with careful planning.

Also with a hamstring injury there's probably no need to rush anyone back into the squad as they tend to have high recurrence levels
