Any manager worth a transfer GW26?

If Villa double GW25 I am looking to switch in Emery for GW25 - Villa have CHE away in GW26 which ain't great...but I can't see any obvious manager switch worth a transfer from Emery - especially if targetting table bonus.

If Villa drop another spot in the table, I wouldn't mind taking on Chelsea right now. Seems unlikely though with Fulham having the tougher fixture next week. Not a great looking GW(26) for underdogs imo. Might just go with Brentford/Liverpool/Arsenal

Possible single GW with Southamptov Bournemout & Iraola as could be a hatful of goals

Which transfer would you prioritize ahead of the other?

    1. Rogers -> Dango/Semenyo

OK, this could be fun, looking at the Newcastle line-up. Would love the cup final to be a NLD, if only for the carnage it'd bring to FPL.

Just seen the Newcastle line/formation from Qaiss what was rather left field

Anyone taking a punt on Aston Villa two new attacking players - especially if it works out GW 25 - DGW for them?

    1. Rashford (M) 6.6m

    2. Marco Asensio (M) 6.0m

    3. Both

I'm going to watch this weekend game
against Tottenham Hotspur to see if either
play & then assess if a DGW - might go for one

I think it's too soon, but Emery might have his hand forced if Watkins isn't 100%.
I do however think Rashford might be an option at some point. Asensio might become one, but needs watching first.

Can someone please explain why Gordon didn't get an assist at the wkend? I've only just seen the goal!

    1. Hazz

Murphy was not the intended target for Gordon's cross. He was clearly playing the ball to Isak and a significant deflection dropped the ball to Murphy.

Maybe less clear ones. If you watch the goal replay & read that assist rule it's probably the clearest example of one that wouldn't be given as an assist.

"If an opposing player deflects the ball after the final pass before a goal is scored, significantly altering the intended destination of the ball, then no assist in Fantasy is awarded"

          1. estheblessed
            • 11 Years
            1 year, 2 months ago

I've just watched it again and from most angles the deflection isn't that obvious but I've just seen another angle where it is really obvious. Nice one for pointing that out.
