Had to bench 1 of Mbuemo, Isak, Wood.

I of course opted to bench Wood.

    Emery AM

    Disaster.

Emery is annoying, but not a disaster. We missed out on like 3/4 points.

8.6 points average points a game is basically what slot managers are hoping for.

Shame about Wood, but many did, me too. Was a hard choice this week.

I'm almost certainly moving Emery to van Nistelory (home vs. Brentford) to punt a chase a table bonus, maybe a surprise Leicster win at home to make up for the Emery disaster? Crazy or no?

    1. Sir Michael Taker
      • 11 Years
      1 year, 1 month ago

Its not crazy but Brentford's away form has really picked up of late. There's a chance the only options for bonus are the current bottom 5 anyway so its as good a punt as any.

    I've still got the following chips;

    AM, BB, WC2, FH

What is the best strategy for these? Usually id play WC followed by a BB to maximise a DGW. But is it more beneficial to play AM chip for a DGW?

    1. Tonyawesome69
      • 7 Years

      FH29/34
      WC30/35

No idea how to navigate 34 without FH, likely biggest BGW of the season.

          AM31-33 for B2B DGWs.

If its a really big blank you just get what you can out and throw in the towel on the rest. It'll be one of those gws where anyone who does score points will be obscure and barely owned probably

Depends on who makes the FA Cup semi's.

If Newcastle make it that far I'm thinking. WC30 (with plenty of players likely to DGW33 in the squad), then AM Howe GW31 for likely back to back doubles (GW32 &GW33), FH34, then BB GW36 which is also likely to be a DGW.

If Newcastle aren't likely to double GW33 I will BB that GW, and use AM 35-37.

No FT as I have to deal with Amad and/or Havertz. Will most likely stick.

Either a wild move on table bonus like Southampton to free up some funds. Or stick and downgrade Alisson down.

Tough one. I wouldn’t worry too much about buying him back and losing the value, if you’re inclined to get rid. I’m tempted due to NEW form, but feel he can score vs anybody and don’t want to look silly selling him for Mateta/Beto etc.
