We’ve had only one away goal in the Premier League today – but you’d be surprised if we don’t see a few more in the late game.

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ visitors are Manchester City, who haven’t failed to score in a Premier League fixture at Molineux since 2003.

Kick-off is at 5.30pm BST.

There’s no Ederson in the visitors’ squad this afternoon, with James Trafford getting his competitive City debut between the sticks instead.

Trafford is one of three summer signings in Pep Guardiola’s line-up. Tijjani Reijnders, who is the most-owned Fantasy midfielder from the City squad, and Rayan Ait-Nouri are the other two.

Another new recruit, Rayan Cherki, has to settle for a place on the bench.

Guardiola opts for Rico Lewis at right-back over Matheus Nunes, while the absent Josko Gvardiol is effectively replaced by John Stones at centre-half.

Erling Haaland, unsurprisingly, leads the line, with Omar Marmoush among the substitutes.

As for Wolves, £4.0m defender Ki-Jana Hoever gets a start at right wing-back.

Vitor Pereira hands David Moller Wolfe, Ait-Nouri’s replacement, his Premier League debut on the other flank.

Two other summer captures, Jhon Arias and Fer Lopez, are among the substitutes.

LINE-UPS

Wolverhampton Wanderers XI: Sa, Hoever, Toti, Agbadou, Doherty, Wolfe, Andre, Gomes, Bellegarde, Munetsi, Strand Larsen.

Subs: Johnstones, H. Bueno, S. Bueno, Mosquera, Lopez, R. Gomes, Hwang, Arias, Kalajdzic.

Manchester City XI: Trafford, Lewis, Dias, Stones, Ait-Nouri, Reijnders, Gonzalez, Silva, Bobb, Doku, Haaland.

Subs: Ortega Moreno, Ake, Marmoush, Cherki, Gundogan, Akanji, Nunes, O’Reilly, Khusanov.

    Transfers for next GW sorted:

Salah, Wirtz, JP or Mateta, Guiu > Reindeer, O’Riley, Haaland, Ekitike

    Confident it’ll pay off 😆

Tempted, had a right stinker so far. But I will hold off. I think my midfield and defence is probably ok. Watkins and Bowen however are proper stinky picks.

Good work Pep, he needs a rest for next GW when he's in my team.

Didn't watch the West Ham game, but how was Bowen? Awful?

Got into a couple of dangerous positions in the first half. Second half was a continuation of West Ham last season, they're probably at their worst when they have to play on the front foot against a team that sits deep. Just recycling the ball out to the wingbacks with little threat.

Reijnders assist for an Ait-Nouri goal would be great.

Surely proper players have both Salah and Haaland.

Said this a few weeks ago but the only reason I went woth Salah is because of ownership and FOMO. I think the 0.5 actually makes a difference too

It’s too Knee Jerk isn’t it to do Anderson to Reijnders? He’s significantly passed the eye test…

        Haaland owner here .
I'm also looking at getting Reijnders & concerned if he goes upby £0.1m .
My choices are Anderson or Arias out .
I think Arias has more potential & may be tempted to keep him a little longer .

Just depends. I think for their price you need two goals/involvements a game. That's just me though. Haaland is still the focal point, Salah less so.

            True 😆

Bournemouth didn’t look as atrocious as Wolves all the same though, even if conceding four still!
