At least the club were able to sign a few, including midfielder Faisal Al Subiani (4.5m) in midfield, goalkeeper Mohammed Al Muhasnah and Vincent Sierro (5.5m), arriving from the French league. In 2024/25, the latter contributed to five goals and one assist for Toulouse.

Fixtures + expected lineup
Three of the team’s first four encounters are at home, which could catch the attention of Fantasy managers.
Former Real Sociedad coach Imanol Alguacil usually plays with either a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-2 formation.
Hamdallah is expected to lead the attack, supported by Daniel Podence (6.5m), Yannick Carrasco (7.0m), and new name Sierro. Defensively, Wesley Hoedt (6.0m) and Mohammed Al Shwirekh (5.0m) are likely to start, while Heorhii Bushchan (4.5m) is expected to get the nod in goal.
Top Al Shabab picks
Abderrazak Hamdallah is the standout attacking option, whilst both Yannick Carrasco and Daniel Podence look like decent midfield picks. As for Haroune Camara, he’s a budget forward who could well start, scoring in their latest friendly.
Wesley Hoedt is their top pick at the back, accumulating 205 points last season – the second-highest of all defenders. He also netted five times.
However, Mohammed Al Shwirekh is also worthy of a mention. Despite starting only 12 matches last season, he managed to score four goals and could be a strong differential pick for early weeks. Behind them, goalkeeper Heorhii Bushchan is a decent budget-friendly option.
