It’s time for another team reveal as we approach Gameweek 28 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).
Dan Wright – who you can find here on X – has five top 10k finishes, which means he ranks 17th in our Career Hall of Fame.
My slide down the rankings continued in Gameweek 27, as a 40-point return saw me fall to an overall rank of 58k.
GAMEWEEK 28 TEAM REVEAL
With Chelsea’s favourable run of fixtures now over, Enzo Fernández (£6.8m) will almost certainly be one of my transfers out this week – especially with the return of Cole Palmer (£10.6m), which dents his Fantasy appeal. Enzo will likely make way for either Dango Ouattara (£5.9m) or Kevin Schade (£6.9m), with Ouattara currently edging it over his Brentford teammate.
I’m still undecided on my second free transfer. I may roll it, as I want to bank a couple before activating my Wildcard in Gameweek 32. That said, I could use it to switch Jurrien Timber (£6.4m) to Virgil van Dijk (£6.0m) ahead of Arsenal’s blank in Gameweek 31.

David Raya (£6.0m) keeps his place in goal for Gameweek 28 despite the tricky fixture against Chelsea. The same applies to Gabriel Magalhães (£7.1m), while Timber drops out of my starting XI regardless of whether Van Dijk comes in. Matty Cash (£4.9m) and Jan Paul van Hecke (£4.4m) complete the defence, although Cash would likely make way if I go through with the Van Dijk move.
Matheus Cunha (£8.0m), Bruno Fernandes (£9.9m), Erling Haaland (£14.8m), and Igor Thiago (£7.1m) all look nailed in my front seven.
It looks like I’ll be benching Florian Wirtz (£8.4m) now, which probably means a benching headache regarding Elliot Anderson (£5.4m) and Eli Junior Kroupi (£4.7m) will be solved even if Ouattara arrives.
Captaincy is tight. As it stands, Fernandes just edges it over Haaland.
