It’s time for our Fantasy Bundesliga Matchday 27 team reveals, as our experts showcase the best picks, top differentials, and smart plays for the week ahead.

@MeijersDavid

NOTES

  • GK’s: Kamil Grabara & Nicolas – Grabara is definitely staying, so for now I’ll likely keep both goalkeepers. That said, if a transfer opens up, I could move Nicolas on for Finn Dahmen, who has a strong run of fixtures coming up with good save potential.
  • DEF’s: Alejandro Grimaldo, Nico Schlotterbeck, David Raum, Vladimír Coufal & Aurele Amenda – In defence, Edmond Tapsoba’s suspension and Grimaldo’s return make for a straightforward switch. Beyond that, I’m considering selling Coufal ahead of a tough fixture against Leipzig, despite his recent good form. Potential replacements include Willi Orbán, Filip Vušković, and Ozan Kabak, with Kabak also an option to bring back.
  • MID’s: Michael Olise, Joshua Kimmich, Romano Schmid, Christoph Baumgartner & Aleix García – With transfers finally available, I’m looking to move on Alexis Claude-Maurice, Wouter Burger, and possibly Baumgartner. Having sold Díaz last week, Kimmich is likely to take the final Bayern spot. Meanwhile, García looks set to stay, especially with a favourable fixture against Heidenheim. Other midfielders I’m considering are Johan Manzambi, Cameron Puertas, and Paul Nebel.
  • FWD’s: Harry Kane, Deniz Undav & Yan Diomande – Up front, I’m not planning any changes right now, particularly with Díaz suspended. However, I’ll be keeping a close eye on Undav’s minutes following an important European fixture against FC Porto. If I do need to make a move – either for him or elsewhere – Jean-Matteo Bahoya would be right at the top of my list.

NOTES

  • My plan for this week is to bring in players with strong fixtures who can also help set me up for the next few Gameweeks.
  • The likely transfers in are Alejandro Grimaldo, Julian Ryerson, Alexis Claude-Maurice, Ibrahim Maza, and Serge Gnabry. Meanwhile, the expected outs are Filip Vušković, Vladimír Coufal, Jens Stage, Christoph Baumgartner, and Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer.
  • The likely formation will once again be 4-3-3, with the stars going on the usual suspects.

NOTES

  • Another horrible week has gone. The front three all blanked – Serhou Guirassy and Harry Kane came off the bench, and Yan Diomande blanked as well, which was frustrating. Defensively, it was fine, but again in midfield, Alexis Claude-Maurice and Christoph Baumgartner both blanked.
  • Looking ahead, Kane should surely start now after the red cards to Luis Díaz and Nicolas Jackson, so he’ll be my star. Guirassy could make way, as it looks like he may be on the bench for a while. I’m considering replacing him with Deniz Undav or Patrik Schick.
  • In midfield, I’m planning to move on Claude-Maurice after a run of poor performances, although he still has the potential to deliver. The main name on my radar is Aleix García.
  • In defence, the changes look straightforward – Edmond Tapsoba and Miro Muheim out, with Alejandro Grimaldo coming in, likely alongside a Frankfurt defender, possibly Nnamdi Collins.
  • After two poor weeks, I’ve dropped to around 1.5k OR and 1.1k in Second Chance. The goal now is simple: push back into the top 100 as quickly as possible. Good luck, all.

NOTES

  • A pretty standard set of stars this week – Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Alejandro Grimaldo – who have all been go-to picks since the start of the season.
  • I’m targeting Rannow for the favourable fixture, while Serge Gnabry comes in as he’s expected to start against Union.
  • It’s a 4-3-3 setup once again, mainly due to the lack of strong midfield options. Good luck!
