Manchester United v Leeds United brings Gameweek 32 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) to a close this evening.

Kick-off at Old Trafford is at 20:00 BST.

TEAM NEWS

Michael Carrick makes four changes to the Red Devils’ side he sent out in Gameweek 31, two of which are enforced.

Harry Maguire is suspended, while Kobbie Mainoo picked up an injury in training over the weekend and misses out.

The benching of Diogo Dalot may also be fitness-related, as he was ill in the last week.

United’s other change is the most headline-grabbing one, as Bryan Mbeumo is benched for the first time since Carrick took charge.

Lisandro Martinez is back from injury for his first appearance in over two months, while Noussair Mazraoui, Manuel Ugarte and Benjamin Sesko also come in.

There are also four changes to the Leeds side from their FA Cup tie against West Ham United last Sunday.

Karl Darlow, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Gabriel Gudmundsson and Brenden Aaronson all return.

Lucas Perri and Lukas Nmecha drop to the bench, while Joe Rodon and Anton Stach are now on the injury list.

Gabriel Gudmundsson, Jaka Bijol and Noah Okafor all shrug off minor issues to feature.

LINE-UPS

Manchester United XI: Lammens, Mazraoui, Yoro, Martínez, Shaw, Casemiro, Ugarte, Diallo, Fernandes, Cunha, Šeško.

Subs: Bayindir, Dalot, Mount, Zirkzee, Malacia, Mbeumo, Heaven, Fletcher, Lacey.

Leeds United XI: Darlow, Justin, Bijol, Struijk, Bogle, Tanaka, Ampadu, Aaronson, Gudmundsson, Calvert-Lewin, Okafor.

Subs: Perri, Longstaff, Piroe, Nmecha, Bornauw, Byram, Gnonto, Buonanotte, Gruev.

I was set on FH33, WC35 and BB36 and algorithms agreed before this gw. However, now the situation has changed for my team (Romero and Mbeumo +Rogers and Dango), my gw34 team looks worse and algorithm tells my to WC now, FH after that and BB 35/36. That would save my 2 free transfers for gw35.

Forget Evanilson imo. (DCL), Tavernier and Okafor for me.

Do we think next season will be better than this?

I'm here hoping the world cup won't have a negative impact. Salah leaving should make captaincy open. If anything at all, I expect a similar season but a lot harder than this. Especially, with the emergence of AI teams & the upsurging FPL community.
If only manual subs could become a thing in order to cancel out the nonchalant FPL managers.

Manual subs during gw when some players are down under or in India aren't fair. That's another game or format.

Fair enough, however, humans are among the most adaptable species on earth. Players in the eastern hemisphere will adapt.

What's the best midfield option between these players for dgw33? You can rank them if you like

    A) Tavernier
    B) Okafor
    C) Gross
    D) Aaronson
    E) Enzo
    F) Scott

Tavernier still the play but it’s a toss up between all of them

Not happy with his form and Bou not looking very successful offensively lately. I am closest to chosing Okafor, or maybe even Cherki and Bijol if O'Reilly defo out

Cherki is more like an assister and I don't trust him to start vs Burnley. Pep could rotate there.

Go against the current and go with Anthony for Burnley.

Any doubler midfielders with taking a hit to remove Dango for?

Not city or Palmer please as already have them

Okafor vs Wolves and Burnley is tempting. I am seriously considering playing WC instead of FH, since my gw34 team looks worse now.

Anthony for Burnley. Gross for Brighton, Ampadu for Leeds or Tavernier for Bournemouth could all in theory do something over the 2 games. My money would be on Anthony upsetting City defence (if not the result) and Gross (or Grob) upsetting Chelsea

Do we reckon Mitoma starts the DGW games?

Wouldn't bet on him starting both.

I naively bought him in on WC… will be BB33.. worth using a FT for a more nailed mid?

Now I see triple Leeds, Gross is a better Brighton option than Mitoma imo, Enzo could also be a good punt, eager to prove a point

Questioning FH on 33 now and considering WC 33 FH 34 instead. Only those two chips remaining.

    3FT 1.3 in the bank. 2.5k rank.
    Any thoughts appreciated.

Save wc for later like 35, 36, you have a nice team. Use FH in 34.

Would go Mbeumo/Gordon or both to Gross/Tavernier/Okafor so you have some more dgwers.

Congratulations on the rank. You probably have a better instinct than most. How much of an overhaul you have in mind for WC33? 3FT could not be enough?

Thanks both. Using transfers this week is a nice idea and FH 34. Will take a look and see what I can come up with.

      My fellow deadzoners

BBing this week with only TC chip left. No FT, 2m itb. On this:

      Darlow, Kelleher
Gabriel, VVD, O'Reilly, Van Hecke, Hill
Semenyo, Bruno F, Szobo, Wilson, Rice
      Haaland, JP, DCL

Open to hits, going risky as have got nothing to lose. Seriously thinking of Rice to Okafor as a punt. Is it worth it? If O'Reilly defo out going for Guehi or maybe better differential Nunes. Triple MCI attack with Cherki and getting Senesi/Bijol for O'Reilly could be too much, right?

For gw34 will surely get Thiago back for DCL. Will do at least one more transfer to have 8 playing BGW players. Is my planning good? Thanks in advance

I don't have FH and I don't feel like really rearranging my team for the DGW, is that so wrong?

Currently have 6 doublers, will maybe go to 7, but none of the other options look that compelling to me.

      Thoughts?

Despite not doubling it's feel harsh to sell Thiago or Bowen, so thinking maybe just Okafor as a punt instead

Bowen stays for sure, I don’t have Thiago, Okafor as a punt for sure, good fixtures ahead.
